Highly Recommended
Myself and my wife want to go to Saudi to visit family. I discovered that a new ETA (Electronic Travel Authorisation) travel permit has just been launched for UK passport holders, which makes things much simpler than obtaining a normal visitor visa. However, because the ETA is so new, there is inconsistent information online about the requirements and how long it would take. Also, the new website set up to handle ETA applications directly did not work, it just keeps failing. I found Travelapp through googling about the ETA and contacted them for information. They were very clear about what was needed and very reassuring. For an agreed - and very reasonable - admin fee, they applied on my behalf. The ETA was issued the same day. This was excellent customer service and delivered an outstanding result. I would highly recommend Travelapp for supporting anyone’s visa process and, based on this experience, for any travel requirement.

Sean has been the best travel agent, he was patient never rushed us in anyway, he does a great job, his communication skills are top of the game, I wouldn’t have asked for anyone else to do this with us. I will definitely use this travel agent and refer other people as I had the best experience..

Excellent communication
Excellent communication from the start of booking my daughter’s flight to South Africa. Sean was very nice and explained all steps in my booking until I got a ticket for my daughter All information were given on time regarding unaccompanied minors. I reached out to a number of travel…
I reached out to a number of travel agencies.Daniel from Travelapp responded before everybody else.Talking to him over the phone and whatsaap made me trust him.Daniel took me through the process and where he was not sure ,he would request to come.back to me after consulting his colleugues.After every task ,Daniel would call me to make sure I was alright and if there was need for an explanation ,Daniel was there to do that.
I now have a family holiday booked ,all thanks to Daniel.

We used The Travelapp for their transfers and Zayarat service whilst we were in SA for our umrah. The company and Muhammed Ahmed were great from the first day. Great communication and service whilst out there with my family. Have used them now for the second time and never disappointed.
