STAY AWAY FROM TRAVEL CAMPUS LTD
I would strongly advise people to avoid this airline agency. My experience with them has been extremely frustrating, financially damaging, and completely unprofessional from start to finish.
I paid £2,789 for three tickets and after cancellation I only received £2,089 back, meaning over £700 was taken with very little transparency or proper explanation. The company repeatedly misrepresented what I would supposedly be refunded and kept changing their explanations whenever I questioned the discrepancies.
At the beginning, the staff were polite and helpful while taking payment, but the moment I started asking valid questions about the missing money and refund policies, the attitude completely changed. The customer service became rude, dismissive, and condescending. Instead of giving straightforward answers, they kept giving me the runaround for weeks.
What made the situation even worse was the way they appeared to avoid accountability. Every time I requested clarification or escalation, I was told that the person previously handling my case had “left the company.” This happened more than once and felt like an excuse to avoid responsibility and prevent proper follow-up on my complaint.
Their policies were not explained honestly, communication was inconsistent, and the lack of transparency made the entire process stressful and exhausting. I was left feeling completely ignored as a customer after paying a large amount of money.
I would not recommend using this company under any circumstances. Be very careful before booking with them because you may end up losing a significant amount of money and dealing with extremely poor customer service, just as I did.....

Airline ticket cancellations and refunds are governed by the fare rules set by the airline at the time of booking. Depending on the ticket type purchased, airlines may apply cancellation penalties, fare differences, and administrative charges, which can significantly affect the final refund amount. In addition, any non-refundable airline taxes, supplier fees, or applicable service charges may also be deducted. As a travel agency, we are required to process refunds in accordance with the airline's published fare conditions and can only refund the amount authorised by the airline once all applicable deductions have been applied.
We sincerely apologize if any aspect of our communication left you feeling unsupported or dissatisfied. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to deliver.

I booked my flight to Zim and Spoke to Eva who did her best to suit my schedule, desired destination and within my budget.To ice the cake they offer payment plans to without inflating the figures. Eva was just spot on and very professional. I had an issue with payment resulting in double payment but I must applaude Eva, the Manager and team for high level of honesty and intergrity. Eva rang me back and confirmed the double payment before transferring me to the Manager who promised a refund. In a very short nice on same day i got my tickets and refund. Eva you are pleasure to work with thank you. To the whole team, welldone, I won't hesitate to refer you to anyone.

Eva was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable with her work.
She guided and assisted me with my booking. There were times I was a bit difficult but she stayed clam, explaining things in ways I understood. She even stayed beyond her time when I was getting confused, infact i was confusing myself lol 😅. She was very patient, professional and yet friendly and I am grateful.
