good value for money, great hotel with great breakfast topped off with a great show.

My friend and I booked the abba voyage/hotel package on 18-20 feb. The hotel was good and we were looking forward to the abba show. A bus was included to get us to the show and back with evans and evans - this is when everything went wrong!! We were stuck in traffic for over 2 hours and missed most of the show we only seen the last 1/2 hour which was a big disappointment as this was the whole point of the trip!!! I felt this could have been avoided if they had offered to let us off the bus and go by tube we would have then made it in time for the show!! Apparently we have been told you will be in touch to offer a refund but so far haven’t had any emails from you. No amount will be enough for our distress and upset at missing the show which we paid £300!each for this package from your company!! I await your reply

We were so excited to book this trip to see Abba Voyage, staying two nights in London. But what a mess, the package was not as it seemed.
We booked the two night stay, knowing that the Abba show would be on one night of our trip. Booking confirmation then told us that the detail over what night would be confirmed the week before our trip. Anyway we duly booked our train tickets, down on Tuesday and back on Thursday, for our Tues/Weds, hotel stay. West Coast main line from up North so not cheap train tickets. You will understand our upset that we were then told our ABBA tickets were for the Thursday night - the day after our hotel stay and after our journey home. We explained this to Travel Compendium but were told “the small print says we can do this”. What a load of rubbish, the show has to be on one of the nights staying in the hotel or why take the booking. Our train tickets were non-refundable but amendable at a price - cost us over £200 to amend them because we had to change to Weds/Thurs so that ABBA was on the night of a hotel stay. Travel Compendium refused to compensate us, offered room upgrade, which we don’t think happened, plus voucher for free fish and chips - hardly £200 worth.
Just a very bad experience so would not recommend Travel Compendium in any aspect

Great weekend away, excellent value package with first class hotel in Westminster and tickets to ABBA Voyage.
Staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, often London hotels can be quite faceless and functional, not The Westminster.

Due to a medical issue we needed to contact Travel Compendium about our booking and, although it took a while to receive a response, we were very pleased that they did assist us in this matter.

The hotel was excellent it was a short distance to pick up the transfer to the show and it was well organised.

Felt the offer was very good value for money. All went well and enjoyed our couple of days in London!

What a brilliant company- the package booked was everything it said it was. The hotel was lovely and the Abba experience was amazing. I had a query and emailed the company, their response was almost immediate and informative. Would definitely use them again.

Lovely hotel but a bit remote from main London attractions and tube if you have mobility difficulties
Very much a do it yourself affair- you have to get to start of activities rather than being collected from hotel- not absolutely clear when you book
ABBA one of the best shows we have seen and we have seen a lot.

It went so smoothly from start to finish.

We had a great trip, queries answered promptly and efficiently.

The hotel was in a perfect position for St Pancras International train station and near many London bus routes.
Great hotel, super helpful staff, lovely room and good breakfast.
The pick for Abba Voyage was just a 2 minute walk from Victoria Bus Station, so easy to commute to from the hotel. The coach driver and his assistant were superb. What then can you say about the show. The seats booked by Compendium were in a very good position to watch the most unbelievable, spelling binding show I thing I've ever seen. A superb package. Would highly recommend.

Great trip, well organised from start to finish.

The hotel was lovely but given the package was to cover hotel, show and transport to and from show, more thought needed on hotel location. In our case the show transport was from a location 4 miles away.

The hotel that we stayed at (near Kings Cross) was very good and the staff were helpful. We really enjoyed Abba Voyage, but we felt that the travel arrangements were not the best. We had to pick the coach up at Vauxhall Bridge Road, which is a very long way from King's Cross. All this took a long time. We were not the only people staying at the hotel, and the other group felt the same as us. The coach driver was very helpful, but the tour guide on the coach did very little to assist us. We feel that you should look closely at the hotels used in relation to transfer pick up points. We would recommend Abba Voyage as a show, but not they way that we got there.

The hotel and show were fantastic. Communication from travel compendium was good. I was concerned, having book a lot earlier than we travelled, that we would not get our tickets and hotel booking but no. Exactly as they said we received everything we needed a week before departure.
The only slight issue was the hotel was in Kings Cross and we were picked up and dropped off at Victoria which was a 20 min tube ride away. A hotel closer to Victoria would have made this a 5* review
