2 nights hotel and ABBA Voyage deal
Booked 2 nights Crowne plaza and ABBA Voyage trip with return coach trip to ABBA Voyage. Hotel was great albeit quite a distance from the coach pick up and drop off. However the coach was delayed and we arrived 30 minutes late for ABBA Voyage show due to the driver not knowing where he was going! This was booked for my 50th birthday so very disappointed with the coach service and missing a third of the show.

A great London Break
The Westminster is a very nice hotel with a hearty breakfast to set you up for the day. The transfer by Evans went well both ways.
ABBA Voyage was good but more of a cinematic / fantastic light experience, rather than a live concert. Personally, I did not think that the live band was necessary, everything else was digitised, so why not the music?

The company delivered what we paid for, but it is very difficult to get any communications from them until the last week. There is no phone service only the online request form.
Our driver from Heathrow to London was on time, but his driving was quite honestly scary at times. We almost got hit on side.

Definitely use them for custom tours!
We had an 11-hour layover in London, so I searched online for private tours. Most options had fixed schedules and pre-set destinations, which didn’t quite suit our needs. Eventually, I found the Travel Compendium website and completed their questionnaire for a custom private tour. In the questionnaire, I simply requested "Top places to see in London." A few hours later, I received an email from Manisha asking for more details about our layover. She created a great itinerary that included a 3-hour visit to Windsor Castle, along with stops at six well-known locations in central London. Despite it being a last-minute request, she was also able to arrange a driver for us. The price was very reasonable and even cheaper than the fixed-schedule tours I had initially looked at.
Our driver was kind and very friendly.
If you're planning to visit London, I highly recommend them. You can customize your tour to your preferences and receive excellent service. I'll definitely be using them again!

We booked a one way day tour from Southampton
We booked a one way day tour from Southampton cruise terminal via Stonehenge to Heathrow. Confirming our tour took numerous communications abut we able to get the correct itinerary. We had requested a larger vehicle to accommodate our luggage (we are a party of 2) and when the vehicle arrived at the terminal (20 minutes late), we were greeted by an 18 passenger bus. The driver was very pleasant and accommodating but he couldn’t resolve the address confusion for our pre-arranged lunch stop. It took several texts and voice calls with the organizer to determine that the lunch restaurant no longer existed. Overall, this was not the first class experience we had signed up and paid for.

A Very Professional Tour Service.
We are two octogenarians from Vancouver, BC , taking a cruise to Scotland and Iceland The driver was on time to pick us up at the designated airport gate at Heathrow for Southampton. . He was very efficient about getting us through traffic and gave us a mini tour of small villages on the way we had not seen before. We were pleased.
In addition we took the Wizard Walk in the London after the cruise. The walk was really meant for younger people but we decided to meet up and experience it in spite of reading the Harry Potter books years ago with our grown sons. Paul was our guide and gave us an excellent tour of the Harry Potter sites . It was quite an extensive walk but we are quite fit and to see the sites of the film by foot was worthwhile. On my flight home I immediately turned on the Harry Potter films offered.
When we had any questions your staff was very patient and responded immediately which gave us a lot of reassurance. I would highly recommend your servicesnand wish we had engaged you on our return from Southampton to London.

It was one stop shopping
It was one stop shopping! They arranged our transport from Southhampton to Stonehenge to London to our hotel.
The Westminster London was a great place to stay. Central to everything and the staff was wonderful!
They also set up a full day tour of all the highlights of London which was fantastic!
The only thing we had to do was be at the right place at the right time-they did the rest for us.
Highly recommend this group!!!
