Mary was amazing on our Cotswold tour…
Mary was amazing on our Cotswold tour from London to Southampton. This was one of the best excursions we did. They arrived early and were very helpful with our luggage. Mary was very informative and funny, she took pictures of our group and was so pleasant. I would definitely book with this company again.

prompt, polite and professional
Our driver was prompt (even early) and was informative and friendly on our drive from London to Stonehenge and then on to Southhampton. He even offered us bottles water at Stonehenge and said we could stay at Stonehenge as long as we wanted. We were given exact pick-up time one week before our transfer. We initially booked months in advance and they followed up once our date approached which was nice.

Driver took the initiative to call us
Driver took the initiative to call and find us at the airport. We were tired after the long flight so we really appreciated how he took care of us. Our visit to Windsor was not rushed and he accommodated our special request.

Julian was a great driver! Was prompt and managed to locate me in a very chaotic environment (I had just disembarked a ship at Southampton). Safe journey and very kind and friendly. Company is excellent at providing info and communication in advance of the journey. Highly recommended.

Great experience
Great experience - the driver communicated early and often, especially with the long queue getting out of the port. Nice relaxing drive to Stonehenge where he dropped us off right at the front and let us know where he would be waiting once we got back from the shuttle. The hotel had multiple locations around the area where we stayed and he was great to confirm drop off and make sure it was the correct hotel.

The driver was excellent and was attentive to our needs. Our only critique would be to have more clear info on how to communicate. The “Driver number” provided on the document did not indicate that you could not text and it could have been more clear that the number is not actually to the driver, but a phone line to a call center. Not the end of the world, but a difference of 4 stars vs. 5 stars.

An efficient booking with no complications
We booked a package to London with Travel Compendium including 2nights hotel, ABBA Voyage tickets and transfers to the ABBA arena. All correspondence received was clear; vouchers were sent in plenty of time, and we were kept informed regularly. The whole weekend was effortless which left us simply to enjoy ourselves.

Great customer service / great experience
Wow - great customer service from beginning to end! We booked a ride from London to Southampton (with a stop at Stonehenge). Our driver was exceptional. The vehicle was great. Everything happened on time and was handled perfectly. The customer service we received from Manisha was AMAZING. She answered all my questions in a timely and professional manner. For sure we will use this service again!
