We booked our trip into the Atlas Mountains during our stay in Marrakech through Touricity. The on-line booking was easy and quick, and we received confirmation and details by return.
Their representatives in Marrakech contacted us when we arrived, and advised us of the arrangements. The guide/driver arrived on time, and looked after the two of us very well during the day long trip, and made sure we got the best views, as well as giving us the history of the places we visited and the indigenous people who lived way up in the Atlas Mountains.
A great day out.

This is the second great tour we’ve had through Touriocity. This time we were escorted around New York by Phil who managed to keep us captivated (our 8 year old included), despite the torrential rain. Phil was extremely knowledgeable about the city and brought the whole tour to life with interesting facts, answering even the most random questions from our party. The length of the tour was perfect (half day) to allow us to work out what to do with the rest of our stay, and Phil even offered suggestion, based on our questioning, for the following day(s). Highly recommended and we’ll worth the money.

We started off early after being met by our guide and also the driver at our accommodation. Before commencing the drive, the main guide (apologies for forgetting his name) explained the general layout for the day and then offered us water.

After leaving the Medina, we were given explanations of the general sights on the way and very quickly left Marrakech, stopped mid journey before the descent into the mountainous area to take a break, grab a coffee, take some scenic pictures etc before commencing into the main valley.

We stopped a few times before visiting the Berber house to take pictures and at no time felt rushed by either of the guides.

We visited the Berber house and were given a very good explanation of the how the lifestyle exists and it made it better as our guide was a Berber so he was very knowledgable of the lifestyle and happy to chat about the challenges etc. We got to enjoy the hospitality and Moroccan tea before carrying on.

We carried on climbing into the mountain seeing the beautiful countryside and stopped off at a herb garden where we given explanation of how the natural herbs were grown and sold for everyday medicine and also saw how Arian oil is made etc. This was very interesting and a nice little stop along the way.

The drive continued climbing further into the hills and reaching the village of Setti Fatma, a popular destination with locals and tourists, with the river running through the village and restaurants lining and in some cases actually sat right next to the river.

We stopped for Moroccan tea before we started out climb with our main guide up to the waterfall, the route is very popular and the waterfall is very pretty. Some parts of the walk may not be appropriate for older ages as there is areas where you need to stretch to climb the rocks, up the guide was always there ensuring we could reach the waterfall.
We had plenty of time to take pictures before carrying on the walk which took us slightly higher into the mountain before descending back down for lunch.

A late lunch was in a local restaurant in the village, which was delicious, freshly made and again at no point we were not rushed before we got back into the car to start the journey back to Marrakech.

Before heading back our guides asked we wanted to see anything else, and if we wanted to we could make stops at any of the many stalls at the side of the road if we wanted to make purchases of tagines etc.

We arrived back in Marrakech at around 5pm.

We had a very enjoyable trip, was never rushed, plenty of opputrnities to take pictures, had 2 very friendly and knowledgable guides.

This trip is worth the money and was great for the two of us.

We had experienced some issues with another trip but Touriocity resolved my concerns quickly and Alex provided great customer service. Can’t rate this tour and the customer service of Tourioty more highly enough.

Had an AMAZING Harry Potter themed tour of London with tour guide and Harry Potter wizard, Mick, last Sunday. The tour was very well researched with fun and unique facts complete with a DVD player that shows clips of the film (navigated by Mick). The tour takes you to places not seen on other Harry Potter tours of London. Mick is also extremely kind, patient and answers all your questions. Alex, who schedules the tours, is a gem to work with in terms of scheduling and accommodating any special needs. On my next trip back to the UK, will definitely be using Touriocity!

Touriocity organized a day trip in Paris for myself and wife (both over 74) with Anne Claire Bailly, a, pleasant, funny and very knowledgeable Parisienne guide over 7 hours and walking nearly 12 miles on the Central Paris & Bohemian Montmartre Full Day Tour. Just the two of us on the tour.
I consider that, for two of us, the cost was somewhat high because we never went into any of the Museums and we paid for our two Metro travels plus light lunches.
Working with Touriocity was good and efficient with prompt answers to questions.

The tour was wonderful. Our tour guide was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave us first class service. Being picked up at our door and dropped of at a point of our choosing made the day effortlessly enjoyable.

I decided to try Touriocity for private tours with just my wife and I. Best decision we made. We had 3 tours in Rome with them and each guide was unique and different, but very professional and knew their material.

We also used them in London for an 8 hour tour of the city which was also a great experience.

Had the most amazing private tour of London ( eight hour walking tour) with the best guide (Dominic Walker). Informative, well paced experience!

Dominic was the most Awesome guide!!!! He was so knowledgeable and knew so many interesting details about every thing we saw. We had our Fitbits on and logged over 25,000 steps but Dominic was so entertaining, we didn't notice we were waking miles!!!! He is to be praised highly for his professional excellence and for offering intriguing insights into historical events. We would recommend Dominic to anyone who wishes to have a very detailed and interesting tour of London.

We arranged for 1 full day and 1 half day tour with Touriocity as we only had 3 days in London and wanted to make the most of our time. It was a good decision and we had a grand time. Both guides were outstanding and very knowledgeable about the city and sites we wanted to see. The first day Guy was well versed not only in the history of sites, but also timing and transportation for maximum viewing of exhibits and minimum time waiting. Eric also appreciated his expertise in local beverages and I was delighted to find Fever Tree tonic in the local Target upon returning home. The second day Ben was the perfect guide for the Guard Change with his military experience. Due to unfortunate events at the time, the change was cancelled but thanks to Ben's keen observations we saw the Queen and Prince Philip drive by in their Bentley. We were ending the tour at the Globe so Ben's theatre background provided us with good insights and watching his friend in Twelfth Night added to our enjoyment. We will definitely use Touriocity again. It was so nice to have the day tailored to our interests, have very knowledgeable sources to answer questions and not have to waste time waiting on a large tour group to reassemble due to lagging shoppers, bathroom breaks or extended photos. Well worth the price.

Our guide Elisabet was extremely knowledgeable about Gaudi and was charming. We learned so much. We highly recommend the tour.

We had a most enjoyable walking tour with Marriette who I can thoroughly recommend .

The entire process of getting a tour of Hampton Court Palace and Windsor Castle was very easy. Our guide, Mitchell, was on time for pick up, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We read reviews that doing both Hampton Court and Windsor Castle in one day isn't recommended but due to a time crunch, we went ahead and booked anyway. We felt we spent ample time at both locations, learned a lot and saw everything the sites have to offer. We would book with Touriocity again without any hesitation!

We were so fortunate to have found Iuliana to be our guide on our (private) tour of Paris. She was enthusiastic and effervescent and willing to traverse the city to make sure our entire itinerary was accomplished. From the moment we set out from our hotel, she amazed us with her knowledge of the history and romance that is Paris. Around each corner we turned, she had another tidbit to share with us about the times past. She managed to bring us to all the famous tourist spots while regaling us with stories of the French Revolution, the 100 Years War, the Crossing of the Somme, the Siege Saint-Martin-de-Re Amon and many, many more. Along the way, she interspersed a generous portion of enlightenment on Parisian culture and lifestyle. At midday, we had lunch in true Parisian style at Place Dauphin in a little bistro off the beaten path with wonderful homemade goodies and lots of French wine. As the day went on, we realized that we couldn’t finish our ambitious itinerary so Iuliana generously offered to come back the next day, at no charge, to finish our tour. Amazing! This was after walking over 11 miles in 10 hours! Iuliana was the most delightful and accommodating tour guide we have ever experienced and without question, we would recommend her. She is a 10 out of 10! Thank you Iuliana for making our trip to Paris so memorable.

We booked a tour for a 1st trip to London. Our tour guide, Laura was great. I would highly recommend booking a private tour if you are attending attractions that do not have audio tours available as having a tour guide to give you history is a huge plus.

We had a fantastic experience on our trip to Florence. Caroline from touriocity went all out to make our trip one to remember. We were linked up with a fantastic tour guide who did more for us than we could have wished for. I will recommend touriocity to my friends and will definitely use their services again in the future
