I did not like that I called Travelntours initially to make my booking and when I was sent a link to make a payment, it came from Travelelink, that is very misleading and dubious. Secondly I was reassured that I can make.the final payment a month before the flight date, total lie. Instead I was harassed to and pressured to pay way more than I could afford, because they needed to issue the ticket. When I called my agent, he would sometimes not answer his phone. He also had a black female picture as his profile. At least we got our tickets.

Initially was disappointed as my booking was cancelled although paid deposit and the took an alternative dates which meant I cannot attend my nieces son’s wedding .
Overall Danial was v helpful at the end he was v understanding thank you v much

Avoid this company at all costs, especially Roy Gill—he is a scammer. I purchased a ticket from them in October for travel in April. A month before my trip, Roy falsely claimed that Virgin Atlantic had cancelled my flight and insisted I either choose a new date or airline, which would cost me an additional £700.

When I requested a refund of my deposit, Roy deducted £75, claiming it was a cancellation fee from Virgin Atlantic. However, when I contacted Virgin directly, they confirmed they never cancelled my flight—my agent had changed the ticket details. Now, Roy refuses to refund my full amount.

Beware of this fraudulent company. Roy Gill is a scammer!

I was kindly handled by a well reserved staff by name Tara young. She reserved a Turkish ticket to Nigeria for me which I was not able to finished the payment on time which resulted in losing the reseverstions. I was so upset. She tried her very best to calm me down using different types of scenarios as an example to make me see things in a different positive way. She promised to secure another flight ticket for me. I lost hope for everything she said because the Turkish air ticket seemed cheap for me. But after a few days, Tara called me and offered me a BA ticket which was very much better and even affordable beyond my imagination based on the fact that it was at the very peak period when all the airfares are so very high generally. I didn't know the magic she applied to help me procure such ticket at that very time December the 23rd 2024. I see that she is very much reliable in her field of duty. I have received very good customer service, Ricky found the flights I needed offering me options matching my budget / dates / airport requirements I am fully satisfied and will use them again and most definitely recommend. Ricky was on point with timing and offered me some additional discount in order to fulfill all my travelling needs .
