My trip to Malawi and back to London was really great. Tara Young was a true legend... A little bright star... A princess, young and clean, honest job.Tara encouraged me to verify my ticket after booking was made, my first ticket was cancelled and additional cost was done but the manager Edwin comforted me by issuing a 12 months voucher to be used on my next flight.. Hope to receive it tomorrow.

A guy calls himself Robert Ross sounds very honest when he first contacts you and after you paid, he removes his mask and shows his true identity, a cheat, a dishonest man. You will never get what you paid for!

This guy called Robert contacted me and offered to help with our tickets. We have paid in full after discussing ticket prices over the phone. We were asked to pay more for booking fees. We paid. He came back again and asked for more money. At this point I refused to pay more and demanded a full refund. But he convinced us that the return date will not be what we have agreed for but the return date can be changed free of charge once we travelled. This was a lie. We end up returning two days late. We have to cover our expenses for the two days. Our children missed their school for two days and we were absent from work for two days.

Once you paid you're done. He asks you for more money. He books you on cheap travel dates to profit from what you paid and tell you that the ticket is changeable free of charge after you travelled for your return date. This is totally false.

Sooner or later the law will stop this dishonest man and the travel agency.
My advice is; do not use this person or travel agency!

I stumbled on this company online but my experience with them has been fantastic so far. Very professional and courteous. I'll definately recommend them to anyone wanting a good service experience. Jack Hall (02036673117) and his manager Ron Malik really went out if their way to ensure I got what I wanted. Thanks guys.

Absolute scam. Lost a lot of money. Same story as everyone else. Paid for one thing offered something else. Big big scammers under the guise of travel agents. Don’t go near them. Sweet talking but deceitful. Beware otherwise the money you lose will buy you another holiday. Disgraceful.

Had a great customer service experience. I was attended to by Anna 02036171521. She addressed my concerns and answered all queries satisfactorily. Managed to get the 4 flight tickets without problems.

Travel e link is the worst company in this industry. Stay away from these scammers. Unprofessional and rude once they have your money. Bumped up my fare saying it’s for premium economy seats with extra leg room . I then checked with airline when trying to reserve the seats -alas no such payments had been made. This company seems to be run from the kitchen in Manchester by a guy called Zaid and his wife/ partners but he calls himself Kevin or other English names. People with good reviews here , are inadvertently reviewing Travel Link or Travel link worldwide in my opinion or the very few with good experiences/ pseudo-reviewers. The bad reviews have a similar theme to make me realise this fact. Zaid you haven’t heard the last of me as I told you-more to come until you change your ways. People are facing hard financial times and you are scamming everyday. Totally heartless. You will stop, you must be stopped!!

Scammers beware. Made a booking after being convinced they were not scammers and made a payment. Checked a second time and was told to pay the balance which I did. A day later they phoned saying prices had gone up, you now have to pay an extra £280 if you want your money back you pay us £200. In all honesty, should they have told me before making the second payment I would have pulled out because I would only lose £50. I was robbed, and do not recommend anyone for this.

Do not book with them! Service is terrible and good reviews are a lie

Absolute total con artists, I repeated and checked and doubt checked and triple checked that if I paid a deposit the flight would be secured at the price they were asking until the end of the month and I get my wages, even had the promise in writing on WhatsApp, come the day flight price moved from £512 to £869 and only £25 of the £100 I gave them would be returned if I didn't pay, total liars and con artists

I was skeptical at first, with Travelelink as my experience with online transactions has not been good, basically I was scammed not long ago...
When I expressed my concern about the genuity of Travelelink Tara assured me that I have nothing to worry about. She was with me throughout the process a gave me the most suitable option. Her services are impeccable and I definitely recommend...😊😊😊😊😊

I had book my ticket with TRAVELELINK and was told I will get the same price but that was not the case I had to rebook and was dealing with a person called Jacob that is not his real name. Please do not trust them as you will end up paying more for your holiday. They were charging me more than airline website. If you have to cancel they will take 75% of your money biggest thieves.

Through the all booking. I was helped step by step and this being my first time using agency to book flight for me I was nervous due to scum but I was well assured by agent Jenny Winget and she helped in every inquiry I had with very fast response time. The agent was very friendly, kind and made sure to check on me progressively with the all travel. In my experience all went well and what didn't was resolved 😊
