I haven't needed to make a claim but they give fair prices and cover my existing conditions. When I needed to add conditions the price either remained the same or barely changed. Will continue to use. I have renewed once already.

Understanding and knowledgeable service
The lady dealing with my enquiry knew all about MND which my husband has and was extremely helpful and understanding to get the best cover for our first holiday away since his diagnosis. She gave me peace of mind and I have already recommended the company within one of our MND support groups.

I'm 70 years old
I'm 70 years old, I have health issues at the rate of a new one each year, or so it seems!
My grateful thanks to travelinsurance4medical for always giving me a break. My insurance for Greece works out at £35 per day which I think is really good, a whole lot better than I expected. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I ended up getting sick in Thailand…
I ended up getting sick in Thailand with food poisoning, and ended up in hospital. They were very prompt in dealing my claim, and settled the payment quickly with the hospital.
Very impressed with the service. Will definitely use them again.

Because of the lack of information on my destinations I had to phone through my application. Having a previous insurance form in front of me made it a lot quicker. The agent was extremely helpful and understanding. The price was reasonable.

No fuss no bother
No fuss no bother. My husband has more than one medical condition but gets an immediate quote . Understandably it's not cheap but that goes with the conditions he has. Regular Insurances we used for years rejected him after heart operation this company are amazing and we have continued to be able to travel with confidence and no claims.

I would stay clear of using this…
I would stay clear of using this company through the comparison sites. They are absolutely shocking. I called up whilst on holiday as I had an issue and was put on hold for ages whilst she was trying to help. Then we on hold longer as she was going to put me through. Then came back to me and said someone would call me back. No one bothered to call me back….. Stay clear from these I will be logging a complaint.

I understand you have spoken with us regarding your initial call to what seems to be claims and not our office here. We did search all of our call recordings and could find no contact but, we have confirmed this with you.
As a result of your experience, we have ensured that we have passed all information to White Horse who deal with all claims directly and raised a complaint on your behalf that you were not contacted again by them regarding this.

There is a lot to read in your policy wording but, we are so glad that you noticed! We do advise all of our customers to read their policy wording but, many don't .
Of course we are always on hand to answer any questions you may have pertaining to your policy but, we want to make sure you know exactly what we are covering you for when you travel abroad: the very purpose of Insurance of course!
So yes there is a lot to read but, there's a lot we provide :)
