Quoted me for a holiday where I stated travel to Turkey and then the policy documents stated Europe only. Thankfully I checked before going.
Update:
Following the response from the company, I went back onto my quotes and can assure you that no matter how many times they claim to have 'tested their site', I 100% had put my destinations as Turkey, and in fact I put the part of Turkey as well. I wish I was able to put up a phot to provide the evidence that would then further demonstrate how this company are lying. Glad I cancelled and got covered with a more reputable and trustworthy company.

I am sorry that you felt so disappointed that you chose to give us a one star rating. Naturally, these reviews are very important to us as a company.
We do appreciate that if you are unhappy with something we have done that you would choose to leave a negative review.
However, on this occasion we have tested our website multiple times and it would seem that the area of cover was simply entered as Europe. If the specific country was entered, our system will display it and ensure that the correct geographical area of cover is provided. It is simply not in our interest to provide you with a policy which is useless.
I understand that we have spoken with you and as you were not happy to upgrade the policy that we cancelled this for a full refund and this will allow you to shop around. Please do come back to us if you need a further quote.

Peace of mind
I purchased purely.for piece of mind for a UK camping trip. Cover gives all I need.

Annual rip off as usual
Whilst I prefer to stay with the same level of cover I fail to see how the cost escalated £50 after a 20% reduction to renew. I feel ripped off but the insurance industry is all the same.

I understand that we have now spoken with you and offered a larger returning customer discount to try and assist with reducing that price for you and hopefully appease your disappointment a little. But, regardless we are still grateful you decided to use us above anyone else so we are confident our prices are still competitive.
We do understand how frustrating the increasing cost of life can be. Sadly, it's not just the Insurance Industry but, everything else being the same. Although we don't sell a physical product you can see or touch, our product is still affected by rising costs in exactly the same way as everything else and although we would like to stay at the same price for you, it's not always possible.

My son has a complex congenital heart…
My son has a complex congenital heart condition and although stable for over a decade premiums are often high. This company offers competitive rates. Last year he had the basic cover but only charged £4 more for the most comprehensive cover this year. Easy to use website quotations and put cover in place.
