Your company had been introduce to us by a friend and our booking had been take care by Ms. Rachael Somerhalder. She is very friendly, accommodating and very helpful. She introduced to us many options for our flight from UK to Philippines so we can choose what is the best that will meet our needs. And she even ring us the next day to be sure that we receive our e-ticket and everything is ok. And through our arrangement with her, I will give her and your company a 5 star rating and I can recommend you to any of our friends.

Tyler was a great travel agent. He booked our flights and confirmed them before going and leaving Egypt.

Alex Brown has been a great help and found the best deal for my multi-cities flights - a price none of the large agencies and websites can match. Great customer service, very patient and professional. First time booked with them and will come back and recommend them any time!

From beginning to the end I was kept update and Alex went out of his way to find further information so booking of my flights was made easy.

Excellent service. I cannot fault Travel jockey for anything. Service was top class. I was looking for a flight from Birmingham to Lagos for my family and the prices seen online were ridiculous.

Travel jockey showed up as one of the 3rd party websites recommended with a great price.

I must say that I was a bit cautious as the price offered seem to good to be true. Especially based on what the other agents were offering. Anyway, I was contacted by TravelJockey the following day after enquiring on their website. I was dealt with an advisor called Steve.

I did feel very suspicious as the way he spoke and how the phones were answered should you decide to callback was very informal and not like an actual agency.

Despite these concerns, I proceeded to make payment as it was with a credit card and not account transfer as requested by some other agencies.

The following day just about 11 am o called to enquire about my booking. I was advised that Steve starts his shift at 12. Shortly at 12 PM, I received an email from Steve. And in the email were the etickets for my family to travel. So this was a call and tickets in hand within 2 days.

I was a bit disheartened by the bad reviews however was very happy with outcome.

Upon arrival to check in, we were advised that the flight was overbooked .We were given the option to keep same flight or choose another at a later time. But no fault of TravelJockey.

All in all excellent.

Very polite staff, it’s just their phone line quality is bad, they are probably working from India but claim to be in Birmingham. Service is persistent but a bit slow to get the infor by email. Cost wise, overall probably the best deal online. Well done, thank you 😊

Wow the power of a review. Updating my review from the 30th of March. I finally got my ticket after writing a review of my experience with Travel Jockey. Got the call i had been waiting for 30 mins after putting up my review and was told my E ticket will be issued in an hour. I was asked to delete my review by the manager that was supposed to have called me back within 30 mins and didn't. I informed him that i will not take it down as i wrote down the exact service i had received. I shouldn't have to write a review to get a result and also got a call from one of their customer liaison officers who was very pleasant and apologised for all the errors. Hopefully i wont have any issues with my ticket.

i have received splendid service form luke,he has gone extra mile to make my trip to india possible which was almost cancelled.luke has resloved issue for my flight ticket going above and beyond and exceeded on my expectations.i will higly recommend travel jokey and will be using next time for sure and share my good experience with freinds and family.

The customer service is great! We were served by Paul walters with great help and detailed explanation of all information! Always there when you need to speak to him concerning your queries. Will reccomend them to everyone! Good deals also!
