Claire found a choice of three places to stay in the Hunter Valley and the one we chose was so lovely. It was homely and warm and just the place to relax. It was very close to so many wineries that we were able to cycle to many.
The flights were easy and the car hire place was very accessible (walking distance) from where we were in Sydney.
Thank you Claire for organising another great holiday for us. We will definitely be using your services for as long as we are able to.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Claire. From the very beginning, she took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in our holiday and then provided thoughtful suggestions on destinations, hotels, and resorts that perfectly matched our brief.

We had a really great stay in Bali. Wasn't our first choice of destination however given the short notice we gave you (our fault!) and what we were looking for, you did a great job.
Indigo Hotel in Seminyak was lovely and the rooms were much better than we anticipated. The hotel was clean, well serviced and the staff were lovely. The pools were great and the location also great.
All of the details provided in the MyTrip app were really useful, especially the various visa and entry requirements.

Claire is an excellent travel agent. I have always loved to plan my travel independently but have had to admit that Claire often has access to deals I couldn't find myself, and also that these days it is worth a lot to know that someone else 'has your back' if there are any issues. Claire also goes to a lot of trouble to make sure she has the expertise to make valuable recommendations. Her communication both before we leave and then during travel via a travel app is great. I recommend her.

Christie Gowan is a travel organiser extraordinaire! We have used her services for quite a few trips now over the years and our latest experience in Japan was as usual - fantastic, with seamless organisation between our land jaunts and our Princess Cruise. Her recommendations for tours on our land section were interesting, unique and enjoyable - and easily accessed. As older travellers we don’t want the hassle of hanging around and organising those in-between bits on buses and taxis to get us to where we are going. Christie had absolutely everything planned to the minute which allowed us to breathe easy over our almost 3 week tour around Japan. The hotels chosen were fabulously placed for easy walking into the heart of each area in Tokyo and Kyoto. What was most reassuring as we travelled to an unknown landscape with obvious language differences, was Christie’s presence online with us all the way. She checked in that we had been picked up on time for each tour and never failed to communicate - both personally and on trip plan, any changes made to our itinerary. Apart from being a fabulous tour organiser who has a vast knowledge of all things touring, Christie has never failed to take the time to listen to our every concern - big and small - she has become a friend over the years and we cannot recommend her services highly enough. Thank you Christie for helping us seamlessly enjoy an absolutely fabulous time in Japan.

Claire provided options for our journey based on quality and price. Our itinerary was tailored to meet our needs and requests. Also included recommendations for preparation and prompts for tasks to be done prior such as visas, immunsiations etc and checked in with us during our trip to ensure all was well.

Tanya was amazing, she was so supportive with booking our trip, if we needed any changes made she was very accommodating. The hotels and transfers she recommended and booked for us were great, all in a great location and suited our families needs. We had such a great experience and I highly recommend her, we will definitely be back when booking our next trip!

What a blessing it was to arrive in Cairns from the Gold Coast just half an hour before my brother who flew from Adelaide. I would never have managed to co-ordinate our arrival times but Janelle managed to do it for our arrival & departure from our 3week holiday.
The accomodation was super, really convenient and friendly. We picked up the car , no worries, just up the road a piece and decided to keep it another week to explore the Atherton tablelands. Have the basics of the holiday planned, payed for & confirmed made it so easy for older inexperienced folk to enjoy our family connection & the tourist treats of Far North Queensland.
For a less stress holiday plan I highly recommend Janelle to take the worry out of organising flights, accomodation & car hire. I had much more head space to enjoy the nature & culture & company. Thanks you.

Eva made the planning of our trip easy, being bust full time workers the complexity of a 5 week African Adventure overwhelmed me. Having Eva guide us through planning, adapt to our needs meant we had a trip that ticked all the boxes. Loved that she knew where we were and when and when things went a little pear shaped, she picked it up and ran with it. ( cancelled flights rearranged, dealing with the middle east crisus) this made are trip less stress and more fun. Looking forward to another.

Ky was fantastic through the whole process, knew exactly what we wanted and arranged everything. Accommodations, transfers, tours all sorted. Was always contactable leading up to our trip with answers to all of our questions and queries. Cannot recommend her enough and have already started planning our next trip away with her.

Maddy Pullen made the entire process incredibly easy for us. As first-time international travellers, we really appreciated how she took care of everything from start to finish. We were also travelling with family members from another state, and Maddy seamlessly managed all of their bookings as well—nothing was ever too much trouble for her.
We made several changes along the way before finalising our itinerary and flights, and Maddy accommodated every adjustment with patience and professionalism. She organised everything for us, including flights, accommodation with meals and drinks packages, tours, additional experiences, and travel insurance.
Before we left, Maddy met with us in person to go through all the details and provided helpful tips and insights on Vanuatu’s culture and language, which we found invaluable.

Claire helped myself and my mother book her trip over east and back on the Indian Pacific. There was some issues with the airline at checkin (from their system) and Claire was straight on the phone and helping to get it sorted. The support is amazing and I would recommend her services to everyone. Mum is already getting ready to book another trip through Claire.

Claire responded quickly to any changes that occurred and also addressed my concerns while travelling promptly, efficiently and with great kindness.

We have just returned from a trip to The Netherlands . We booked our trip to through local agent Janelle Beucker. Janelle was wonderful, she made sure we had our visa for a quick trip to London by train, did trouble shooting for us and sent us everything we needed. She is knowledgeable, friendly efficient and I highly recommend her. This is the fourth trip we have had with Janelle with my father who is 91 yrs old and everything had been smooth going each time. I cannot recommend TravelManagers - Claire Camins enough!!! She organised our flights and tour for our trip to the UK and Europe. We had booked with Qatar Airline & with the conflict in the middle east happening, I contacted Claire to see whether we should book with another carrier "just in case", she was one step ahead and had already put seats on hold for us with another airline!

Claire provided so much information regarding our flights and destinations, insurance, sim cards and money to us in the Trip Plans app which was extremely helpful.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Claire again for my next holiday: her professionalism, expertise & passion for travel are second to none.
