I cannot recommend TravelManagers - Claire Camins enough!!! She organised our flights and tour for our trip to the UK and Europe. We had booked with Qatar Airline & with the conflict in the middle east happening, I contacted Claire to see whether we should book with another carrier "just in case", she was one step ahead and had already put seats on hold for us with another airline!

Claire provided so much information regarding our flights and destinations, insurance, sim cards and money to us in the Trip Plans app which was extremely helpful.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Claire again for my next holiday: her professionalism, expertise & passion for travel are second to none.

It was great to have such a well thought our travel plan. Our time spent at each destination was enough for us to see plenty and experience some great things on our trip. The hotels were really well located in each city.
The experiences that had been booked for us were well run and enabled us to relax and enjoy the tours.

Janelle Beucker planned a seamless travel experience for us. Every transfer, hotel booking, flight booking, tour booking was expertly handled. Our hotels were beautiful and welcomed us with surprise and delights and conveniently located. Janelle is an excellent communicator, responding promptly to all written communication and phone calls. She listened to what we wanted for our travel experiences and created a fabulous itinerary. Janelle was recommended to me and I highly recommend her to others wanting a to travel with confidence knowing there is someone to support you on your journey.

The preparation was stress free with Claire tending to our requests and preferences with valuable knowledge and input for further recommendations. Claire always responded in a timely matter which is very reassuring for my mum whom needs the timely reassurance as she is getting older.

Once departing I felt full confidence with the trip ahead as I know the immaculate attention to detail that Claire give, and the app information was clear and included extra information of possible interest.

Tanya organized every aspect of our recent trip to Africa.
Everything went very smoothly with the Travel Key app providing all the information we needed in a very user friendly way. Tanya went to great trouble to determine what we wanted to see & do and then put together an itinerary that met and often exceeded our expectations.

Eva green was our travel manager absolutely brilliant. She took care of everything she even excelled at while she was on holiday she made sure our holidays were going to perfection and checking in on us. We had a Vietnam contact if we needed while she was away as well as an Australian contact. This made us feel really comfortable and secure without holiday plans. Eva was amazing. Everything went perfectly to plan the Vietnam contact was in touch to make sure we were okay. Five stars to eva and the team that worked with her. Cannot highly recommend her enough.

Leanne Johnston at Travel Managers has organised my overseas travel for years and I genuinely couldn’t recommend her more. She’s incredibly responsive, proactive, and clearly communicates every step of the way.

The expertise in navigating international travel was exactly what I was looking for and the fab assistance that I received. I had selected 2 packaged tours and needed someone to tie them together. Valerie provided a couple of options for the connecting few days (eg transit, sightseeing) and listened to my preferences for energy, budget and time availability. With Valerie's assistance my trip came together perfectly and I had a marvellous adventure into Spain and Portugal.

I highly recommend Claire Camins for all your travel needs. Flights, Car Hire, Cruise, Accommodation & Insurance. There was nothing missed even advice on Foreign Currency Exchange Rates & E-Sim recommendations. It’s so lovely to just focus on the holiday and in the back of your mind knowing all the planning is done so professionally & with attention to detail. Not my first time to have Claire as my travel manager & certainly won’t be my last.

We had a holiday to Italy booked at the end of February and then the war started and the airspace was closed, resulting in our plane being turned around.
Leanne Johnston was there for us every step of the way.
She worked hard in arranging our holiday and just as hard cancelling all our hotels, hire cars, trains etc and having our money refunded.
I highly recommend Leanne and TravelManagers Australia. I wouldn’t use anyone else. ☺️

What a great travel agent! Travelling to the other side of the world and having my passport credit cards & documents pickpocketed right at the start of my trip! Nightmare and I am a seasoned traveller. Wow - Karan my travel agent was my gem! Had my passport back up on file on the app ready to assist in the night on the other side of the world, she walked me through the process of getting to the Australian Consulate and a replacement emergency passport replacement overnight. It was critical to continuing my trip as crew on board a yacht the next day for sailing 2 weeks around the Greek islands. Without it I would have been toast. Good luck without a great travel agent in this circumstance! I couldn't recommend This business anymore. Just about to save for my next holiday to book again.

Ritz Carlton was a beautiful hotel. The most friendly staff, breathtaking views and breakfast was the best.
Room was upgraded and really lovely.
Such a perfect location to Marvel stadium, trains and shopping. We have stayed at Crown Towers Melbourne 5-6 times and I must say we prefer the Ritz Carlton. Not as big a feel but so much more personable
We stayed there 2 years ago to see Coldplay, definitely looking forward to going back soon.
