Very easy to communicate when booking and quick replies. Great value. Our driver Petar waited an hour for us as our flight was delayed, he was good fun.

The service was really good

I cannot recommend this transfer service enough, all thanks to our fantastic driver, George! From the very start, he went above and beyond to make our journey from Sofia Airport to Bansko seamless and stress-free.

Here is why George and this company deserve a solid 5 stars:

- Patience & Care: George picked us up across both terminals and graciously waited a few extra minutes past the appointed time to ensure our whole group was gathered without any stress.

- The Ultimate Local Guide: He was incredibly easy to talk to and packed with fascinating information about Bansko and the surrounding region. He gave us a handful of local recommendations that we later tried, and they turned out to be absolutely stellar!

- Accommodating & Thoughtful: Coming straight off a flight, most of us hadn’t had time for a food or restroom break. When we asked for a quick pitstop, George accommodated us without hesitation. It was a small gesture that made a massive difference for our comfort.

- Safety First: While it might seem minor to some, George made sure absolutely everyone had their seatbelt buckled before we set off. It’s a level of care and professionalism you don’t see with every company, and it made us all feel incredibly safe and looked after.

We arrived in Bansko right on schedule, and George kindly dropped each of us off right near our respective accommodations. It felt less like a standard transit and more like being welcomed to Bulgaria by a friend.

Thank you, George, for starting our trip on such a high note! We will definitely be booking again.

Fahrer sehr Freundlich.Telefon Service auch perfekt.Vielen Dank für die angenehme Transfer vom Sofia Flughafen bis Razlog/Bansko.Sehr zum empfehlen!!!

Traventuria are 100% reliable for Bansko transfers, quality vehicles and helpful and safe drivers. Great for airport to door. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Agenzia consigliata dall' hotel presso il quale alloggerò a Sofia. Bravi, ci vedremo a giugno

Quick and on time! Best one

Very reliable seller. Answered all my questions about the item before I finalized the purchase. Superbly packaged, excellent tracking of the delivery via FedEx. Thank you!!!

I traveled from Bansko to Sofia Terminal 1 with our driver, Pesho. He was punctual, and the journey was smooth and pleasant throughout.

Fantastic service. Speedy despatch. Great tracking ability with fed ex. Arrived a day early. Skis exactly as shown and in very good condition.

I booked my transfer 10 minutes before I took off and was given excellent service from the assistants indoor and the driver. It was very affordable and would highly recommend.
