My experience was good, my sister booked my tickets and they were very helping.

The social media team of travimint is quite helpful. I raised a query on Instagram and from there they connected me with an agent. The process was very smooth and I got a good deal for my flight from Delhi to Dubai.

I booked my flights with Travomint from Delhi to Kathmandu and I must say my experience was fabulous. Their I booked via their app and the customer support also helped me alot.

1 Star – This Company is a Fraud
I never write reviews, but I refuse to let anyone else get robbed by Travomint.
I bought travel insurance through THEIR website because a family member was critically ill. When I needed to actually use it, they made it their personal mission to ensure I couldn’t. I called five days before my flight to cancel — a reasonable, straightforward request — and was met with nothing but stonewalling, lies, and incompetence at every turn.
First I was told to fill out a form. I did. Silence. Called back — suddenly they “can’t cancel.” Then it’s a family emergency documentation issue. Then it’s not their problem, it’s the insurance company’s. Then magically they have no contact information for the insurance company THEY sold me. Every single call brought a new excuse and a new dead end.
When I pushed for answers, I was condescendingly told to re-submit paperwork I had already correctly completed — as if I were the problem. Their final answer? Wait 30–60 days and hope for the best. For an emergency. Five days before a flight.
And that busy call center background noise? It’s a recording. There are maybe two people working there, switching shifts and running a masterclass in avoiding accountability.
Travomint sells insurance as a safety net and then cuts it out from under you the moment you need it. They are confidently, shamelessly unhelpful — and I believe that’s entirely by design.
Do not give this company a single dollar.

I had worst experience literally pathetic.! They have 14 days refund policy which should generally start from the date of cancellation but their staff was trying to convince me that after 14days of cancellation you have yo wait for another 14 days.
Somethings that I experienced I mentioned below
1- Their staff is not friendly and they have lack of knowledge about their work.
2- They will try their best to make you fool and they are rude.
3- Responses time is very late after various calls you’ll get answered
4- They are totally dependent on airline for refunds which is not good.

Hi Travomint I m so happy to buy tickets from you guys doing good job … Vishal has helped me a lot with Tickets Delhi to Dubai 27 March as per Airline they have sold out tickets but Vishal has taken them on call with me tell 5 tickets still available so you’re not issuing the tickets so because of Vishal I got my ticket thank you so much !!!!

SCAM!!! Booked a flight as it was cheaper. They said "booking is ticket". Found out at airport they never booked a seat. They offer a cheaper price on the chance they can get a cheaper flight from airline but often, they can't and you don't find out til later when the ticket prices rise.

It is my first time experience,but it is worst.i book my air India ticket from Riyadh to Srinagar on 14/3/2026.now it shows me form Riyadh to Delhi is cancelled and from dehli to Srinagar is scheduled,how it is possible.i already send a mail to them but they told me wait ,still not give me the reason for the cancellation.very bad experience

I got to know about Travomint from one of my friend.
I have booked my flight and hotels for my recent trip from them.

I must say that the service is top notch and they will go extra mile to help you out in case if it is needed.
