Trend Bridge Surveyors is very professional. Their response is very quick. They carried out the survey very detail, telling you everything they inspected and point out what you need to be aware of. I receive the survey report earlier than I expected.

I felt he was honest in his assessment, pointing out both the good and the areas to keep an eye on. Nothing felt rushed, and he was happy to answer questions, which really helped. We used this company for a level two survey recently, the price was reasonable compared to a lot of other companies and the communication/customer service was great, very friendly and responsive. The survey itself was very detailed and did not require any further clarification.

Professional service at a fair price. It was easy to do the initial set up and booking online. the survey was carried out on a Wednesday and I then recieved the report the following Monday morning. The surveyor Imtiaz then called me later that morning and ran through the issues that came up on the report and answered any questions I had.
