This is most likely a scam. Do not buy from this company. All efforts to get a response from Trenvit have failed. Avoid at all costs.

I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order for supplements.
I was sent the incorrect items and was told it was the same as the ones ordered but in updated packaging.
This is total nonsense.
I have been refused a prepaid label to return the items or a refund.
It is now in the hands of my credit card company.
Do not order from this company!

This is not a valid UK company. Their products are sent from China and could be unsafe, do not use them. Neither do you get a "no hassle guaranteed refund within 48 hrs" they simply do their best to make you keep the (wrong) product (offering discounts) and make you pay the return expenses -to China! if you want your refund. How can they claim to have 5 stars on Trust Pilot with reviews like this? This should be looked into by Trust Pilot as I now have no confidence in them either.

If I could give no stars I would. The product I received was not what I ordered and could have made me ill. The firm does not respond to emails. Do not buy from this firm.

I wanted to find out more about the product of my ordered BioNorme and received no reply’s. As the order arrived it was not my order it was something called mag07. Written again to them and again there was no correspondence.
Customer service is appalling.

Do not get involved with these people.
They are totally untrustworthy.

I ordered DermaLix capsules direct from Trenvit's UK website for my psoriasis.
I received a confirmation email of my order with a photo of the packaging.
The product received is not DermaLix but something completely different made in China. I replied to their email and filled in the contact form on their website to register my disappointment - no reply from them! The telephone number listed does not exist. I guess I've been scammed! Give this company a wide birth I'd say.
