With more than 35 years of experience behind me, I got tired of selling to wholesalers or retailers on the street in 2008. They never paid their bills on time and I knew I could do more for the end consumer. So, I started Trijewels, one of the first online jewelry companies, for you. We are based out of New York City, have our own manufacturing unit, hand pick our own gemstones and offer more than 15,000 styles. In a short amount of time, we have grown our presence all over the world selling to more than 25000 customers. We’ve grown as the internet has grown - making sure that we are available on top marketplaces like Amazon, Ebay, Etsy and Walmart too! Jewelry is supposed to be handed down from generation to generation, and that is our goal for each and every piece that we send out. With Trijewels, the most important business decision is to look after you. I went to Trijewels for engagement ring shopping, and Vijay and his team made it an amazing experience. They were thoughtful and educational without ever being pushy or sales-focused. Vijay helped us choose the perfect diamond within our budget (balancing all 4Cs beautifully), then sourced it for us.
He was also incredibly flexible and fast with custom design work. We sent him a few reference images and ideas, and he had a CAD model ready within days and a wax prototype in less than a week. He was receptive to our feedback, suggested his own improvements, and the finished product is absolutely stunning.

I bought a ring from TriJewels and was disappointed. The stone looked cheap, the metal lost its shine quickly, and overall craftsmanship felt poor. Considering the high price, the product didn’t meet my expectations at all.

1) Not our Customer we dont have him in our file or records
2) The order number mentioned is not ours too
3) Never Sent an email or chat or call
4) Email id does not reply back when we send emails for more details
5) Telephone number does not work too tried many times to reach out to resolve any misunderstanding
6) Email id name and the Name shown also does not match
7) We had 8 negative feedbacks from this fraud gang, glad Trustpilot removed 7 of those. please remove this one too as it is not a genuine experience by a customer
8) Trustpilot pls protect us from these fraud guys as they are sending us email for money to take them out and we are being bullied.

Rupa picked up my order and verified the details for the ring to ensure finger size, etc. I mentioned to her Feb is also our 50th wedding anniversary. She worked to have the ring made and shipped for arrival. It showed up today Feb 11. Wrapped in a nice gift box and ready to present to my bride. So happy!

Beyond the incredible craftsmanship, what really stood out for me was the service. Vijay is a true professional who genuinely cares about his clients. At a moment when the process felt a bit overwhelming, he stepped in with a solid pep talk that I really needed and offered the guidance necessary to keep the entire project on track. I had a clear idea of what I was looking for in an engagement ring and Vijay was an excellent guide to ensure that my ideas were durable and feasible. His expertise was evident in every interaction. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had all the detail required to make an informed decision on each aspect of the ring. Vijay’s team made the ring with incredibly quickly, and used digital and physical mocks to ensure I was comfortable with the end design throughout the production process.
