I had an excellent experience booking my trip through Tripcentral.ca, and it was my first time ever working with a travel agent — I’m so glad I did! Typically I book through the site directly myself, but Kateryna Mikhailiuk made the entire process incredibly smooth from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful, offering great guidance and recommendations without being pushy. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident with every detail before confirming the booking. I really appreciated how easy and stress-free she made the whole experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book through Tripcentral.ca again — especially with Kateryna!

I called CWL to discuss baggage allowance. At time of checkin on an international flight to India, my allowance showed 23kgs + 1 cabin 7kgs however on the domestic connecting flight it showed only the 23kgs. I called to clarify this with the agent who it seems had just woken up from her sleep. She said and I quote "it is to be assumed you will be allowed the same for the domestic part mam" so if that is the case then why does it not reflect this on the booking? I know better than to assume anything with airlines as they try to screw you for additional fees at any given point in your travel. She then goes on to say, "well if there is a problem, you'll just have to pay for the extra bag at the airport mam". That in itself is a red flag and I know that if you pay at the aiport it is even more expensive than pre-paying. Seriously!!!!! I even made sure to stress at the time of booking that I wanted to be allowed the same amount of luggage for my journey from London to Bagdogra! The lack of customer service is unbelievable.
