My new favourite coffee shop in Park Langley, the team at Triple Two are so polite & friendly. Impeccable service & the food & beverages are perfect. Keep up the fantastic hospitality.

Very poor coffee and service at the East Finchley branch. Avoid. Long wait. Worst coffee on E. Finchley High Rd by far.

I visited Triple two in Croydon on Sunday around 11:15 am and I visit on a regular bases and I have to say I was not happy with the service I received that day, there was not many people waiting to order just me and another person in line, I ordered a large caramel latte, Turmeric latte, danish and a muffin. I went to a table to sit down and there was dirty plates and cups on the table so I picked the cups and plates and put them on the side by the sink area not a thank you from the lady who saw me do this, then I asked for something to clean the table and she said we are busy, i said if you give me the cleaning items I will do this and I said I even moved all the dirty items from the table you saw me do this and not even a thank you, I then went back to the till area and said to the lady how was doing the drinks I’m still waiting for my Turmeric latte she looked at me and said did you order it, I said yes and then other lady said yes he did, she had a little attitude that one does not except-in your branch. Where is the customer service you need to keep loyal customers not drive them away. In the end the other lady came over and cleaned the table, she was nice but the other was rude. very poor service and to be told we are short staff is not my issue as a customer. When left I said have a nice day and only the other lady said you too the other one just looked so rude.
I message Triple Two and zero response.

They’re getting one star from me because this is another new-ish company that gets butt hurt if they get something wrong and you dare to point it out. They sell a strawberry lemonade but when they gave it to me it was half foam! I forget the cost, something like £3.60, so I clearly wasn’t happy with paying for something that is mostly foam. So I complained and apparently they take a quarter can of San Peligrino and some strawberry purée to ensure they have the best ingredients then blend it. I was like what?! It’s half foam and that’s not what the picture on your Instagram looks like! They refused to refund or to remake it and instead said it is supposed to look like that. The audacity of saying that, in addition to not apologising, totally ruined my experience of them and showed me what an ignorant attitude they have. Seriously guys, just apologise and remake it, you still had ¾ of the lemonade can left! Fools.

Great coffee at good prices and consistently good service to boot.
