An incredible experience – I’m so pleased! No words can describe how well organised the trip was. Suzie, the organiser, has been incredibly helpful and reassured me with all my worries, especially as I was travelling alone with my daughter. I had the best time of my life – the best holiday ever. I never thought it could be so wonderful. The places were beautiful and stunning, and the hotels had incredible views. Absolutely amazing. Thank you so much, Suzie, for making my dream come true.

The trip was well organised and the ticket app was easy to use, even for a 70+ year old! Hotels were well placed and all to a high standard. We enjoyed all the trips Suzie had arranged for us. I am trying to think what was the highlight of the holiday but there were so many - journey through the alps, evening meal cruise down the Seine, 2cv around Paris, Mount Rigi that I cannot pick one out.
I would say to older travellers pack lightly as we struggled at some stations trying to get suitcase on and off trains, although there were a lot of people in every country offering us help.

A big thank you to Suzie for organising such a super trip. Great trains all around Europe and a personalised itinerary. Invaluable support when we needed to make a small, weather related, change. Interesting trips out from each destination. We look forward to planning our next adventure with Trip Me Up.

From start to finish Suzie was excellent, listening to our thoughts, offering suggestions from her extensive experience and planned a fabulous trip that we thoroughly enjoyed.
She fully supported us throughout our trip and when we were forced to make a change due to an avalanche blocking a route Suzie was there immediately with a new plan.

Just returned from a very memorable 40th anniversary train trip through Switzerland.
From the video call before we left with Suzie, to the day to day itinerary, everything was perfect.

The train trip to France and Switzerland was superb, the organising was meticulous from the video call and all he way through the planning. The itinerary was so easy to follow, and from the trains to the hotels was all in walking distance. Now we are looking at further journeys by train and will definitely be booking through Suzie and Trip me up.

We have recently returned from a trip to France and Switzerland organised by Suzie. Everything went exactly as she planned for us. The trains were super comfortable with easy to find information at every station. Views from the train windows were stunning. So relaxing. Suzie’s day by day guide was a great asset for which we were eternally grateful. Every hotel was different but each was very clean, had helpful staff and a range of breakfast products. When i “lost” my tickets on my phone I contacted Suzie and they were restored with Chris’s guidance in minutes. Thank you guys. We were so impressed and will definitely be returning for another super trip.

From the very first contact with Suzie and Trip Me Up, we felt confident that our planned 8-day trip (March 7th to 14th 2026) from Bristol to Paris (overnight stay), onto Montreux, Lucerne, Strasbourg (all two night stays) and back to Bristol, was being expertly planned. All of the many Train journeys were meticulously planned and timed to ensure each leg of the trip went smoothly. Montreux is a delightful place to visit and stay, with the compulsory photo with Freddie Mercury's statue as you walk along the promenade to Chillon Castle, which is worth a visit too. Suzie had arranged excursions by Boat and Cogwheel Train to the top of Mount Rigi (Lucerne), as well as a 'Batorama' canal tour of Strasbourg on the day of arrival, plus a private Chauffer-driven (by the lovely Stefania) guided tour of the Alsace region on day-two in Strasbourg, along with a tour of an Alsace Vineyard and Winery, with many samples of superb wines, with local cheese and charcuterie included. We enjoyed every aspect of our Trip but the Golden Pass Express journey from Montreux to Lucerne, via a connection at Interlaken was exceptional, with stunning views of Snow-topped Mountains, seeing Downhill-Skiers, as well as passing through Lush-Green Forests and Valleys, with Turquoise Lakes amongst them; a truly wonderful experience. Suzie books everything 'First-Class' and the Hotels that she selected were all in perfect locations, with lovely, friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. I Highly Recommend using Suzie and Trip Me Up, if you are looking for an amazingly well-organised Holiday through Europe, which starts at your local Train Station.

From before the trip started we received all the information day by day of what to expect. We had a zoom meeting to ask any questions we had and were able to print out all the information.
All train times and tickets were sent hotels were all of great quality and taxis were organised for us.
The places we visited were picturesque with so much to see and do. Extra activities were included such as Citroen car ride around Paris, roof top toor of the cathedral in Milan, boat ride in Strasbourg and the cog wheel train up Rigi.

From start to finish the whole experience was made easy .we added days and different route suggestions and nothing was to much trouble. We did a 15 day trip covering most of Switzerland. We had an amazing time and stress free .definitely recommend Trip me up for your tailored trip

Wow, what trip! My husband & I are just back in the UK after two weeks of travelling across France, Switzerland & Italy . I am converted to train travel, it was a trip my hubby really wanted to do & I am so glad he convinced me to dp it . Suzie is outstanding. She listened to what we wanted and created a bespoke trip that exceeded all our expectations . She organised everything with care & great attention to detail. She was only ever a whats app message away & responded promptly when we had a rare query.
The hotels where fabulous,they blew us away (I have been fortunate to stay in some great hotels in the past with work) so know a great hotel. There are way too many highlights to name them all but waking up to a view of the Matterhorn, excellence class on the Glacier Express, sailing across lake Lucern in glorious sunlight & relaxing in the outdoor spa after a gentle hike in Karhaus Cademario hotel are just a few.
If you are thinking of booking then I would say just do it, you will not regret it.

Suzie was very informative and knowledgeable when organising the Swiss tour that we went on. She sorted out everything and all went very smoothly. All trains were sorted, as were hotels and flights. It was a case of simply following her instructions and enjoying all the visits we made without all the hassle. As the tour progressed she was always available for advice and help. WhatsApp was the medium we used. An excellent experience.

I found this company via social media, after some research I decided to get a bespoke quote from Suzi. It was very reasonable given the content. This was a surprise trip for my husbands 60th.
The trip itself did not dissapoint. We covered 3 countries and numerous locations. Such a great way to travel that I hadn't previously thought about.
Suzi was an absolute gem in the organisation and knowledge throughout. Her attention to detail was spot on and the hotels were also extremely good.
I would certainly recommend Suzi to organise a trip. Everything is bespoke and you can adjust to your budget. Suzi zoom calls you shortly before your travel date and goes through everything in detail with a back up email that you can print. She is also available 24 hours via whats app if you needed her.

Just back from a 2 week trip in Switzerland all organised by Suzi from Trip Me Up. 21 1st class trains and nine 4 star hotels and with trips out. All from our local railway station and return. We had a fantastic time every day something different and every hotel top notch in perfect locations. We are currently planning a second trip with her. Would recommend.

The holiday was a thrill from beginning to end. Riding Eurostar First Class to Paris was a novel adventure, where a driver greeted us and took us to our hotel for an overnight stay. We then explored Paris in style with a Citroen Cv tour during the enchanting early evening—what a phenomenal experience, capturing it all! The following day, we journeyed by train to Montreux, arriving at a lovely family-run hotel overlooking Lake Geneva. We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a breathtaking suite. The excitement didn't stop there. Reaching Lucerne, we stayed at another lakeside hotel, again receiving a fabulous upgrade. A major highlight was ascending Mount Pilatus in Lucerne—put this at the top of your must-do list; it's unforgettable. Our adventure continued to Strasbourg, where we lodged in the charming Petite France area, bustling with delightful eateries and shops. A private vineyard tour added a special touch. As the tour wrapped up, we realized we'd been a part of an extraordinary experience, unlike anything we've known before. This seamless journey was orchestrated with precision by Suzie at Trip Me Up, supported by Sofiane in Paris. Their constant availability ensured every detail was perfectly timed, making our experience completely stress-free. Thank you for an impeccable journey. Suzie did a good job, but didn't organise taxi pick ups very well, one hotel was poorly chosen due to our age and the altitude, we were ill. Maybe she needs to look into this in the future.
The response from my review from tripmeup is totally untrue regarding me treating hotel staff and suzie badly. Furthermore l requested compensation for me having to pay an extra £1200 for a night in another hotel due to the poor chose of Pilatus hotel where all shops,bars and walkways were closed. I found that suzie cannot except criticism.
