Used the Washington to New York service
Found it to be a fast and reliable service with good drivers and clean bus

Driver was great and plenty of room

Tripper needs to have their drivers ask riders to refrain from unnecessary cell phone conversations during their trip and keep necessary ones short. This should be added to the "welcome message" they give over microphone before the trip starts. The last couple of times I've used Tripper I've had to listen to people's one-sided phone conversations that sometimes lasted HOURS.

I realize this problem extends way beyond just Tripper, but each "space" will need to control this problem that society is facing.

I hope to hear the driver make this announcement the next time I book a trip Tripper

The trip was great. I will definitely consider taking Tripper again.

I had a great experience with Tripperbus going from Arlington VA to NYC and back.

you guys are awesome!! Always have been. The only thing is that people on the bus try and save seats so no one can sit next to them while in New York. It's kind of irritating that they hold the seats with their personal belongings and you have to ask to sit down. There should be an announcement saying that they can't do that, but most New Yorkers are rude like that.

WiFI is a little slow too, but otherwise, drivers are awesome and trip usually goes smoothly.

We are long time riders of Tripper and have always appreciated getting not one, but two emails after booking a ride. Having an email with the booking number as well as the bus times and pick up and arrival locations is extremely helpful and convenient. For the last two rides, I have not received an email. I have called and asked for it to be sent. The person with whom I spoke said it would be sent, but I did not receive it -- twice! When I spoke with the representation at check in today in Bethesda, he said he would always have a record of it in his phone if necessary. Why have your changed this procedure? I would like to know that I have a ticket in my email box. Otherwise, we always enjoy the ride.

The best way to go from the TCC area to NYC. And how it is nice to return from New York!!! Thank you very much, you are the best, TRIOPER BUS!

I would definitely use tripper bus again, but it was 2 1/2 hours late and we had to stop for a driver change, weigh station and flat tire. The driver was competent, good driver (not pedal-y), and friendly. The bus was very clean and outlets at every seat.

They got me where I needed to go to quickly and safely. The bus was quite clean. I was running behind and called customer service to see if by chance they knew if due to traffic the bus was also running behind. The person was very helpful in giving me an idea. (I made the bus!) Everything went smoothly. My only complaint is that they should have more TP in the bathroom and that they should turn off the idle TV screens so it is darker in the bus. Honestly, if those are the only things to fix, it shows that this is a top notch bus line. Great service!

TripperBus is an excellent bus service. They have great service and give free water bottles. The only thing negative that I would say is they could use improvement with their communication between driver and passengers.

Fast, smooth trip. Toilet on bus works. They provide a bottle of water and free wifi.

the bus ride was comfortable, the driver and crew were great. I was not able to connect to the internet, however I was able to charge my phone on the way to and from NY.

The drivers were all so nice! The trip was easy and perfect being dropped off at Penn Station.

The internet reservation system was a little clunky when I couldn't get past the second step. It wanted me to select leaving from Arlington vs Bethesda after I had already chosen the bus. After several tries I figured it out.
The wireless connection inside the bus worked pretty well, once I got logged in, which was difficult because I didn't get the log-in page for a long time. But communication from the bus to the outside world was too slow to allow me to receive even one electronic mail.
The bus was new and clean. The bus was carrying more passengers than ever before but still there was plenty of room. The driver in Arlington was dubious about my loading my bike because he thought the bus might be full, something I think he should have known, and even then, there was plenty of baggage space. The second driver understood the roads and traffic around Baltimore much better than the first driver.
The change of drivers after an hour slowed us down a little bit, after arriving in Bethesda late already.
Still, I don't know a better way to go to NYC, particularly since I always bring a bike.

This bus service is advertised as a luxury bus to ride in style to New York. But this bus was no better than if I had gone into DC and taken the Eastern China bus. At least if I had taken the DC bus I would've gotten what I paid for. Price for this bus should of been no more than $20. The ceiling was leaking in the backseat where I was and it was leaking elsewhere throughout the bus. I got to enjoy an over a five hour ride in a completely wet seat and wet shirt.

my wife said it was excellent ,she would use the service again.

Our round trip from Arlington to NYC was a nice experience. Easy online bookings, on-time departures and convenient pickup and drop off locations. My only issue was with both drivers who treated us as if we were school children! I'm 51 years old and don't appreciate being spoken to in an unprofessional manner.

The bus leg room is very small. Some outlets dont work. I much prefer the stops in delaware to stretch those legs.
