The bus was about 10 minutes late with the pick-up, the wi-fi was extremely slow, and the seats seemed more cramped than I recall experiencing on other buses. Otherwise fine. Clean bathroom, outlet between seats was nice.

This trip was way better than I had anticipated. The bus arrived on time and wasted no time to depart once those present had boarded. My scheduled departure was 7pm from New York city, by 7:05pm, we were enroute back to DC.
The charging ports worked and seats were surprisingly more comfortable, with better reclining positions than Mega bus that I've used several times. The best part for me was that they offered passengers free cold water, just in case you were thirsty. I was very pleased with the ride, the driver was friendly and pretty funny. I'm never taking mega bus again. Tripper it is!!!

Booked a trip from DC to New York City last weekend using TripperBus. I'd planned to hop on the bus in Arlington at 6:00 and be in New York by 10:30.

That turned out to be impossible, because when I got to the bus stop at 5:50 the bus had already departed. I hopped on the metro and almost managed to catch it in Bethesda, but it left just before I got to the stop and didn't see me chasing it.

Some passengers on the ride home (which turned out to be twenty minutes late, but at least they told us that) were saying that the Arlington bus left at 5:40, not 6, and that it was almost empty then. Not sure why they would do that, but I think I'll try to pick a slightly more reliable bus service in the future.

Their bus seemed OK though. Reasonably comfortable and spacious, and outlets were available.

We absolutely recommend Tripper bus to everyone after all, the family members enjoy riding it. Except for 2 awful experiences, that were beyond control- two young drunk couple were too loud while watching in their iphone and our last trip this October were my husband and I decided to seat in the first row behind the driver, to enjoy the scenery in going home to Bethesda. It was sun down at 5 p.m. and it was direct to our faces. We could have enjoy the ride if there was a sun blocker. The driver, Ms. Sonia could not help us and we could not blame her. The Tripper Bus has been in business for awhile and should be aware of it.

Have been using your service for a while now and have only good thing so far to say.

My rides with Tripper Bus to/from New York with Tripper Bus have always been nice. The driver drives safely. They are very professional. The stops, both in New York, NY; Arlington, VA; and Bethesda, MD area are convenient. Tripper Bus is highly recommended.

Prompt and reliable. Arrived on schedule. Comfortable. It's a bus trip, can't ask more than that.

My trip from DC to NYC on Sunday afternoon, Oct. 18 was awful. The seats were uncomfortable and the armrest, overhead light, footrest were broken. The trip took six hours instead of the promised four because of an accident at the Lincoln Tunnel. While I know the delay was not Tripper Bus's fault, the fact that I was so uncomfortable for so many more hours increased my misery. As a result of this experience, I decided to take the train the next time I went to NYC.

However, my trip back to DC on Wednesday was more pleasant. Although a bad battery gave us a 25-minute late start, the seats were more comfortable and everything worked, except the charger for my cell phone. The driver also got us to DC in 3 1/2 hours.

On Tuesday the bus arrived in Bethesda 15 minutes late . To make matters worse the drivers had to do a detour near Baltimore to change drivers. That set us back another 15 minutes. Bottom line: we got into NYC half hour later than expected l. At least the driver did not stop in some stupid rest stop in Delaware. I hate it when they do that and turn a 4hr+ trip into an almost 5hr trip...

The bus was late picking up in NYC. When it came it was old and weathered, seats were uncomfortable. It had poor air circulation and was too hot on the ride, the overhead vents did nothing, There were no electrical plugs even though the website said all buses have them.
At least the mini water they passed out was cold

The cost per trip,, friendly and courteous driver, and bus ride exceede my expectations. I'll definitely choose Tripper bus again!!

The price of Tripper was less expensive than some of the other bus companies, but the bus was nice, comfortable , and had free wifi.

I went from Bethesda, MD to NYC in October 2015 and the trip was great. The bus was clean and arrived on time. I had a power outlet that worked and the wifi was great. The driver was nice and managed NY traffic really well. I would definitely recommend!

...courteous, clean, careful, on-time. Tripperbus is the easiest and best way to travel between DC and NYC.

It was a good ride and the driver was great. However, wifi is really poor which was really annoying and also it would be better if the seat could be advance reservation so single riders can ride with single riders and party of more than two (family, friends) can all sit together.

I absolutely enjoy riding Tripperbus! They provide very comfortable buses, which are always on time. Free water is a nice bonus:)

I was traveling from Bethesda to New York on monday 26, october at 12:30 pm and the estimated arrival was at 4:20 pm, but unfortunately the driver went to his house or somebody's house to pick up his wallet so we were waiting such a long time waiting for the driver in a residential neighborhood that we arrive to New York 45 minutos later and i missed my appoinments.
I took some pictures of this neighborhood and the bus time clock.

Nice,clean,comfortable way to travel from Bethesda to NYC and back.
