Good polite service wrong part provided with confidence.

Had to buy a different swing arm for my over sink triton. Customer services were excellent very helpful and new piece arrived shortly. Once assembled and commissioned as per instruction , the T30i is working perfectly.

I was waiting for shower part. Triton took the order, delivered next working day. How good is that ?

If we were talking about the shower itself, then my review would be a 4 or 5 star. However, the positioning of the shower was particularly critical in my case so I checked online and was directed to YouTube. This video confirmed that an installation template would be found to ensure accuracy of screw hole positioning. Before commencing installation I searched for this template but it was nowhere to be found. I called Customer service who initially said they would email an installion guide that would help. It did not!!! I phoned again to ask for the template for positioning screws their own Installtion Video cited and was told that this was no longer issued. When I asked where this left me as I was not willing to proceed without an accurate template, I was "cut off." Good product , very, very poor customer service.
I just do not believe that they do not have even an electronic copy that can be downloaded from their website.

I renewed my shower protection on the telephone call. The call handled was good and things were quick to do.

Poor service. Have an electric shower that is leaking from the hub. Waited 3 weeks for them to turn up and leave the part to be fitted by a plumber that we need to pay to fix it. The shower is under triton warranty but they refused to fix it and pass the job to someone else. They are useless. Do not buy a triton shower

Also when I booked the appointment for the repair, the day they were due to come out, they cancelled, I then had to wait a further 10 days before they arrived, just to not provide any help at all.

Thanks for your reply but we have sorted the problem, we paid for a plumber to fit the part, and would advise any customer thinking of taking out extra warranty with triton to think again as you will waste your money. Triton will not fix your problem. They will supply the part but not actually fit the part as the fitter advised it’s triton policy to only fit parts if the device is directly in-front of them, they will not use ladders and will not moved anything to get to the device, even when the device is fitted as instructed by triton i.e in airing cupboard or loft which I don’t understand, as they’ve been advised not to climb ladders, so how would they get in the loft. Do not use Triton at all and shop somewhere else for your showers.

Brilliant to be able to easily connect to a real person with minimal options menus to navigate before speaking to someone. Having peace of mind that my shower is covered by the extended warranty is so reassuring. Also knowing the person you are speaking to is based in the UK is great. Love the fact that my AS2000SR shower from Triton has been designed for a low pressure water system whilst still giving a great shower experience. Feels great knowing that i am using a shower from a British Company and that should the worst happen there is the peace of mind of having a warranty in place at a very reasonable cost to save a massive bill for replacement.

Not very happy with service. My shower was brand new. Water was leaking from overflow. Was told by trition that please email the receipt from were you bought the shower. They said that the receipt was not clear and that please send a clear receipt from the shop. Was told that we will receive a replacement part for the shower for free. Was then told that I have to pay £13.00 for the part to be delivered. This is very unfair

It is still selling theT80si 40 years on from when one was fitted in my then new build house. I would have preferred to have fixed the drip but triton would not tell me the size of the o rings and try as i mightI was unblebto find one that would stop the drip. But, 40 years is not bad.

ordering was made easy and options given as my specific shower had been discontinued. I ordered and received the ext day

Phone enquiry regarding part. Knew exactly what the issue was and identified the required part. Ordered there and then, very impressed.
Sadly, the delivery company that Triton used failed to deliver next day and actually took 3 days.

Been a triton shower girl since 1986, final have an accessible shower room of course with a triton shower, loving ❤ it. Delivered straight to my door, an economic purchase and no hassle in 2025 getting the vat 0% for a disabled facility. Even meet with the staff on the trade stand @ Houseing 2025 in Manchester.

Very helpful on phone but despite me checking that the replacement part and instructions were definitely for my model of shower, the instructions I received did not cover my model of shower. Very annoying!!

The customer service representative asked if I had an RCD attached to my main electric board. I would advise in future that you explain what an RCD is or use a terminology trip switch which is an RCD. Most customers don’t understand what an RCD is and could be left vulnerable to Cowboys if you don’t use the word trip switch on the mains. could you also bring back The showers that have a glass panel?
