Ordered shower at 09.00 on Monday, delivered 13.10 on Tuesday, fantastic service.

Thought I needed replacement shower,spoke to very knowledgeable lady on phone turned out I needed small rubber safety valve!cost more to post than part,thankyou very much.

I had an issue with a shower, 4.5 years after purchase. Triton support immediately offered a replacement, plus a fair amount towards plumbing costs, unit was received within the week.
Brilliant after care, I'd not hesitate to use Triton again, you're in safe hands.

Quick delivery of spare part and engineer visit was quick to visit and repair faulty spare parts.

Overpriced spare for under guarantee shower. Small part but only needed washer. £5 postage!!!!

I had an issue with my shower. It was flowing too hot and I couldn't monitor the temperature. I waited some time for my plumber to come back to check it over but best I raised it with Triton. I spoke to Abbie who said she was confident I could sort it myself and talked me through steps to check. Matching up the control panel I had a properly working, temperature controlled great shower the next day . Thank you Abbie.

Triton T80 Easi-Fit 9.5kw – Works Now, But There’s a Design Issue Buyers Should Know

I bought this item from B&Q and ran into a problem. After fitting the front cover, the shower wouldn’t stay on. With the cover removed, the internal microswitch worked perfectly, so the fault wasn’t electrical but it was the cover button not reaching the switch.

This seems to be a design alignment issue. I fixed it by adding a tiny rubber pad to the button on the cover so it could properly activate the microswitch. The shower now works fine, but it’s something buyers should know about because it can be confusing and time consuming if you don’t realise what’s causing it.

Sharing this so others don’t waste time trying to diagnose the problem.

Purchased original in Jan. 2025. April this year switched off shower & after about a minute a smell of burning & an eruption of steam from the shower head (Luckily no-one was under it). Only stopped when switched off at isolator. Total failure of pressure switch.
Took over 3 weeks for an engineer to visit after they cancelled twice, once on the day, & shower was condemned.
Engineer ordered a new shower which when fitted leaked out of the heater unit. Another wait of ten days for a return visit & a fix.
Contacted Triton for compensation but as the shower was replaced they deemed that was compensation enough.
So Triton deem a dangerous shower unit & over a 5 week wait is acceptable.
Check their website as this unit has had a couple of recalls.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TRITON SHOWERS OR THEIR SERVICE AND NOW WAITING FOR THIS UNIT TO FAIL.
