Ribbon concern
My reviews have always been 5 star until my recent purchase. I tried to order medals with my club colours maroon/gold. However, the ribbon colour wasn't available in the browsing list. I made contact and was provided with a link for the ribbon. I replied to ask if the ribbons would be attached to the medals and was advised they would be. My order arrived with the ribbons unattached. I made contact to point out that it seemed like the ribbons were unattached because they weren't available in the browsing section. I have been told that the medals and ribbons may arrive separately during busy spells. Orders in the past have been for approx 100 medals so I would like to know how to confirm in that the ribbons would be attachedbefore ordering.
