I’ve been using TMC aquarium units for over 6 years and whenever I’ve had a problem they’ve always been helpful and resolved any issues promptly.
Would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to replace old units or starting from new to use TMC products.

I recently purchased two Biome Aquariums by TMC and they are super smart looking and the light, heater and filter all run off a single plug which is the most sensible thing any manufacturer has done. The company are always very helpful and goes above and beyond to assist you quickly which is a sign of a good company. Highly recommended.

Superlative service.
I had mislaid the machine screws that hold the two halves of the UV pond clarifier together whilst changing the lamp.
I contacted Customer Service to ask the screw size, they offered to post out replacements free of charge.
As I live nearby I popped in and collected the screws that were waiting on Reception for me.

Asked a question ,they had a couple tries at answering, and then gave me the information I needed. About all I wanted really. Swift replies too.

I had a surplus TMC Ion 30 light which had been unopened and never used. I passed this on to a fellow aquarist but he had trouble with the mounting arm. He thought this was a missing part and customer service were very helpful and sent out the part he had identified. Unfortunately this wasn't the problem but a screw hole on the arm hadn't been threaded. TMC confirmed the fault from photographs and immediately sent out a replacement.
Excellent service from Dawn at Customer Services who couldn't have been more helpful despite me initially giving her the wrong information! Polite and friendly at all times. Customer service as it should be.

Excellent service, had an issue with my pro pond 110uv
Which I had just purchased. Email TMC & they responded within a couple of hour, apologising for the problem I was having & with some things to check, which did not resolve the issue, I emailed them back to advise that I still had the problem. They then advised they would send me out a replacement part, which arrived the next day & solved the problem.

Recently had a problem with a reef flow 2.0 .6000 having sent photos of the pump they rectified the fault and then sent the replacement part to me very happy for their quick and responsive service thank you
