Really helpful with sourcing a spare part for a pump!

Outstanding customer service. This is what customer service SHOULD be like everywhere! After getting in contact via email to ask about my 350nano pump not working they sent out a brand new impeller & bearing to me free of charge! No hassle, just pure kindness & the best communication from a company I’ve ever received.

I really highly reccomend this company and their products to anyone in the aquarium hobby or trade! 10/10!

Absolutely brilliant customer service from Tom Parkin. I needed a small part for my pump and could not find it anywhere online. I emailed TMC and Tom responded saying they do not sell this part separately but that he would get the spares department to see if they had any. A day or so later I got another email saying they’d found the part I needed and they would send it to me free of charge.
I was so impressed with how helpful Tom was. He went out of his way to assist me and then to not charge me was a bonus!

Online chat was quick and helpful . Being able to see it in an email and reply that way was great … the person I spoke to was very helpful and polite. And the thing I spoke to them about was replaced free of charge and arrived quickly. I was very impressed with the outcome .

Had a small issue with a Reef Wave Pump and support were exceptional at replacing the unit. Its great to see good customer service.

Tom from TMC has gone above and beyond!

I emailed TMC a few weeks ago stating I had a 5 year old Reef Tide 4000s wavemaker that was faulty with a jammed impeller and wondered if there was anything that could be done, expecting they’d at best offer to supply me a part at a cost and I’d have to repair it myself.

Tom responded immediately explaining that the unit was discontinued but they still stocked spare parts, but if I sent the unit in, he’d had a technician take a look.

Within a week Tom had emailed me to tell me that their Technician had managed to fix my wavemaker and they were posting it back to me, absolutely no cost whatsoever.

There’s very few companies left nowadays that offer genuine care and service to their customers. Tom is a credit to the TMC brand as his service, care and speed of updates are 10/10.

I’ll forever now favour TMC products for their customer service alone.

Fantastic Service. Contacted about a possible fault with a power adaptor and had a replacement delivered within 2 days.

Amazing service from Dawn at TMC, emailed with a problem (nothing TMC had done wrong) and Dawn came to the rescue sending me the required parts out for delivery same day! Great work ethic and fantastic service! Well done.

I’ve been using TMC aquarium units for over 6 years and whenever I’ve had a problem they’ve always been helpful and resolved any issues promptly.
Would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to replace old units or starting from new to use TMC products.

I recently purchased two Biome Aquariums by TMC and they are super smart looking and the light, heater and filter all run off a single plug which is the most sensible thing any manufacturer has done. The company are always very helpful and goes above and beyond to assist you quickly which is a sign of a good company. Highly recommended.
