Swift response to a query and resolved it well - usual good service from TMC

Was asked to provide video showing the issue with my pump. Replacement agreed with no hassle and arrived within days.

Took the time to explain and help me with my problem,Nicola was great.

I always judge a business by its after sales support, namely customer service. I had to contact Tropicalmarinecentre via email as I was having a little problem with the product purchased and I was seriously surprised by their level of customer service! Response time was insanely quick - 6.30am for reply email and really helpful. Turned out I was being abit stupid in not grasping the instructions so after a couple of emails I worked it out. Thank you for being so quick to reply, really helpful and all in all would definitely rate this company highly especially as most companies are still expecting you to wait 5 days for a response due to the ongoing Covid issues!!!!

Query was about replacement parts for a return pump, whilst one part is readily available the other part is not available as a spare part..... usually this would be the end of it...... but not for TMC...... they only managed to source the part required for me and have arranged for this to be sent out out with the other part,

Very helpful when I asked for information regarding a pair of clownfish that we own.

I found a chat link online to TMC. i asked a question about wrasse varieties and compatibility in my reef tank.
The next morning i received a reply from Nicola. What a fantastic answer she provided. We exchanged a couple of further questions via email and her response her email reply was back in minutes. i highly recommend TMC and the professional approach from TMC staff.
