The Penthouse By Trotters Opiniões

Lorenzo was great from start to finish. Very helpful and professional. Would definitely come back to buy another!

I bought a watch through Trotters and also sold two by consignment, positive service and good communication all the way through and would certainly use them again.

Brought a watch from Trotters online, could not get to the store but dealt with the staff via what’s app chat, gave advice, helped with issues and was very helpful in everything I needed. Brought the watch got sent when I was told, received it quickly as told and was very happy with the purchase. Very professional and knowledgable will definitely use again, very very happy thank you.

Top service! Messaged on Instagram and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Super helpful regarding my query, quick to reply, and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

Great experience and service from lorenzo helped source the watch I wanted and got it to me as soon as he could 1st class service will be buying my next watch from Trotters’s

Bought a Cartier watch online and the service has been 10/10. Highly recommend Trotters and the whole team behind them! Thank you

I recently upgraded to a Rolex Sky-Dweller from Trotters, trading in my Submariner, and the whole process was exceptional. The team made me feel valued from the moment I walked in fair, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable. Every detail, from the trade-in to the beautiful presentation of my new watch, was handled with genuine care. I left with not just an incredible timepiece, but an experience I’ll remember.

I highly recommend Trotters. Louie in particular offered outstanding communication throughout our transaction, as well as being professional and knowledgeable.

GREAT SERVICE
SUCH A SIMPLE PROCESS FROM START TO FINISH

Absolutely first class. Was helped to choose my new YM2 by ‘H’ and Louis.

No pressure , was able to take my time and they were great in helping me make my decision.

Why would I now go anywhere else ?.

Thank You.

Great helpful staff! Really made the experience perfect! Thank you

I can’t even tell you who helped me! It could have been Freddie, however they were absolutely amazing, I got it as a wedding anniversary present for my husband and they sourced the specific item so quickly! It was delivered the next day once sourced and paid for. I’m so grateful and my husband was so happy with his gift. Thank you so much for sourcing it and shipping it so quickly! A 5 star review doesn’t give enough gratitude to this company.
We will be back before you know it! The service makes me want another watch!

10/10 Service from Louie
More than happy to help with any questions, nothing was to much trouble for him. Definitely be back again for the next purchase.

Easy to buy , great delivery service and a phone call once ordered for your reassurance. Great service highly recommended

I dont usually write reviews but I had a great experience at Trotters. Informative and non pushy staff. Very happy would recommend.

Louie was very helpful and responsive from my initial what’s app contact. Great selection of watches and flexible payment options also.
