The guide was amazing! She and our host made the trip incredible

Just got back from a 7 day trip to Chiang Mai, Thailand. I booked with a group on Trova Trip. I am very disappointed at the accommodations that they booked for our group. The main hotel in Chaing Mai was both a VEGAN only hotel but much better accommodations were all around us. The motel they booked in Pai was a disgusting road side spot with dirty sheets and towels, no telephones in the rooms, sad breakfast, and bug infested. This was not a cheap trip. The group all elected to check out and we had to pay for our next nights stay in a much cleaners, safer, nicer accommodations in Chiang Mai. Beware. Still have not received a refund or a response from Trova Trip on our complaint. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

My experience with TrovaTrip to Thailand was absolutely amazing. Our guide was so knowledgeable and I felt like we had an insider secret to Thailand. I appreciated walking thru the flower market and what flowers mean in their culture. I loved hiw the people of Thailand get atound..loved tuks-tuks. I appreciated the food and the Thai cooking class ( Loved). Phi phi islands, what a great experience. My whole trip was Amazing and I thank Karina and Pond for the experience.

Traveled with TrovaTrip twice now and both times a really great success. The guides and activities were amazing and it was wonderful being able to meet a group of new people that you have at least one thing in common with. Would highly recommended.

My complaint is due to cancellation. My dog got very sick the night before I was supposed to leave, needing 24/7 care, and then he died a week later. They refuse to give me my money back or a credit. Heartless.

This was a great trip with great people

It was easy to understand the Website the booking was easy except that my cards never really worked I don't know if it is my crads my Bank or trova but it kinda made the experience not so great as it could have been for booking.

But all over all was the Trip the Guide the Location and everything a beautiful, great, interesting and beautiful experience.

Great hosts & guides. TROVA's info tends to be generic. Great for a place like Iceland, but going to Patagonia where money exchange is tricky - not as helpful.

This is my second TrovaTrip trip and am impressed at the quality guides they are able to sign on!! All we have to do is show up!! New Zealand is a big place and despite our focus being hiking, our itinerary did not hold back to ensure we got the full kiwi experience: glowworm caves, wine tasting, cultural show, and Hobbiton Tour!

The most beautiful experience and easy.

It was fun to explore a new country in the company of like-minded women without having to devote any energy to planning.

Just a wonder group of travelers. The group host was inclusive, attentive and everything you could ask for. We had the most amazing guide and driver. I learned so much and always felt safe. Unbelievable sights and activities every single day really maximized the experience. Best trip EVER!! Absolutely no complaints!!

The trip was well planned. We had a wonderful group of people, great host, guide and drivers. I felt comfortable and safe and enjoyed all he planned activities. The transportation to our destinations went smoothly and the accommodations were great. The meals were wonderful and healthy.

My host was AMAZING! The getaway was epic. I enjoyed everything about the trip! The group was like family even though it was the first time I've met them. The food, hotels and excursions were all worth the investment.

Absolutely LOVE Trovatrip! I've completed my fourth trip and have 5-6 already scheduled. Love that everything is already planned and all you need to do is show up with a positive attitude, love of new adventures and meeting new amazing people!

This was such an amazing trip and an incredible city! I know I will for sure be back! Hany went above and beyond in everything he did! I know I will definitely be traveling with TrovaTrip again in the future!

This was my first and one of the most memorable trips with a group. Loved the ladies on my trip, everything was planned beautifully, and hotels/transportation/guide was better than I could've planned myself, and I'm looking forward to my next trip with Trovatrip.
