I was skeptical because I had never transported anything before but he did everything pretty much he said he would do and texted many times about my concerns initially. It took a few days to get a pick up but had good communication the whole time. When my Rv was picked up he checked on how it was going etc. Would use certainly use again and recommend. I recently had to ship a car for the first time across the country, and Charlie at TrueCarriers came highly recommended by a good friend. I must say he surpassed all expectations and delivered a truly white glove end-to-end experience that made me feel comfortable shipping one of my most prized possessions. I cannot recommend him enough!

I have used truecarriers twice now and both times Charlie Diaz has been amazing. He has great communication, called often to make sure everything was going well and to keep me up to date. I will be going through Charlie again in the future if I need anything else shipped.

Let me preface this by saying Charlie asked me to write this review. At first I was very skeptical about the service because they offered to ship my vehicle at such a low price (700 for a motorcycle, north carolina to california). This was also around the holiday season. The first driver that Charlie found kept pushing off the pickup date, but he was very accommodating and supportive in finding me a new driver that would meet my deadline. He managed to find another driver after I raised the driver offer to 1000. This was reasonable. The new driver picked up the bike, I payed 300, and delivered it in an enclosed trailer in 6 days, meeting my timeline. However, on delivery the bike was scratched. He knocked off a few hundred dollars, so it came out to about 700 total. All in all the experience was good. There was at the very least good communication, and the price before the scratch was very fair.

Charlie Diaz done everything in his power to get the job done. Kept in contact with me thru the whole journey. Communication is key and he made sure to relay anything pertaining to my shipment. Thanks Charlie and I highly recommend true carriers to future customers

Charlie Diaz was extremely helpful, he made sure my vehicle was picked up properly and delivered the same. He was also very helpful and flexible when we had to switch delivery drivers.

Hi i would like to share my experience not only as a customer also as an agent working there for Carshipcentral , movewheels and true carrier it's the same company with different names and how they ask us to scam people and keep on asking for more money overtime here is how it works they will provide a low price to get you sign a contract and get the CC info and keep on pushing the dates till you end up paying more so they make more money and get the lowest price for a driver it doesn't end here as an employee i had a family emergence and provided what's going on to the sales manager and got sick the next thing that i was told that i got fired and will not be paid for the month that i worked almost the full month it's up to you to give them your business or not after reading this but remember that you will be making a joke of your self

The worst company you can do business with or to choose to transport your car with, simply scammer they say prices and then they increase it before pick up date so you have no choice, veryyy baddd👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Our boat was transported from New Jersey to Florida. The transport service was excellent—on time and handled safely. The driver, Ángel, was very responsible, communicative, and kept us informed throughout the journey. I highly recommend them. Thank you!

Charlie Diaz did an excellent job of communicating throughout the whole process. This was my first time using a transport service so I was uneasy about the whole process but he was always able to be reached and responded timely with questions which made my experience much better. I moved a vehicle from Michigan to Arizona.
