Excellent quality and very comfortable to wear.

I've been wearing Hugo Boss shirts for years, probably too long. The non iron finish wears off after a couple of months, buttons come loose, and the fit has become inconsistent across there range. My wife bought me a TrueFords to try and the difference was obvious straight away. Softer fabric, buttons feel solid, and after three months of regular wear the shirt still looks the same as day one. The design is cleaner too, no pocket on the front which I prefer. Giving 4 stars because I really want more colour options, a charcoal would be perfect. But on quality these are better than Boss and I've replaced most of my old shirts now.

A friend in London recommended these to me. I was nervous ordering from UK to Nigeria because of customs but it came through fine, took about 3 weeks. The shirt is very comfortable in our heat which is the main thing. I wore it to my daughters graduation ceremony last month. Good fabric, well made. Will order again for sure.

I'm 58 and based in Barcelona. Most of my dress shirts are Hugo Boss, decent enough but they always end up creased by the afternoon especially in summer. A friend in London mentioned TrueFords so I ordered the light blue to try. The fit is comfortable, not too tight around the middle which is important at my age. Wore it to a full day conference last month, walking between venues in the heat, and it still looked presentable by evening. The fabric is soft, dosnt have that stiff cardboard feeling you get with some shirts. I'd like to see more colours available, maybe a grey. But overall its become my go to shirt for anything important. Very pleased with it.

Ordered the navy, its a decent shirt. Fits well, fabric is comfortable. My only gripe is the packaging was a bit plain, just a poly bag basically. For the price I was expecting something a bit more presentable, like a nice box or tissue paper or something. Not a dealbreaker but it did make the unboxing feel a bit underwhelming. The shirt itself is good though.

Ordered from Zurich, delivery took about ten days. The shirts are excellent, the fabric has a nice finish. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Pleased with these, fit well and look good for work. Exactly what I needed. Solid purchase.

Got these for my husband, he hasn't worn anything else since. Says they're the comfiest work shirts he's owned. High praise from him.

Avoid at all costs - it is a scam

What you receive is not close to what you see on the adds. Very cheap shiny quality and the cut is not even close to what you see in the adds. Tried the shirts and the pants and one go and major regret.

Even worse, they claim 30 days return, i have been trying to return them from the day i got them and they keep pushing me from one email to another.

I must have seen the TrueFords ad about 30 times before I finally clicked on it. I've been burned before by online clothing brands — slick ads and then the product arrives and its nothing like what you expected. But something about the wrinkle free claim stuck with me because I was spending a fortune on dry cleaning. Ordered one navy in XL to test it. What arrived was actually really good. The fabric has a nice weight to it, not that cheap thin material, and the stitching looks solid. Wore it for a full day at the office, meetings, commute home, still looked the same as when I put it on. I'm not the type to write reviews but I genuinely think its a good product. Already ordered three more.

For the price Poor quality, similar to a female blouse sheen finish, customer service POOR at responding and to arrange a refund (did not want a replacement).

Ordered the navy and white. Both arived in about two weeks, well packaged. What I like most is they work really well under jumpers and jackets without bunching up or creasing. The material is not too thick and not too thin. Good purchase, happy with them.

Good quality, comfortable, look smart for work. No complaints really. Ordered the navy, might get the white aswell.

The shirt itself is excellent, no complaints on quality. Only issue is the Large was a bit bigger than expected, more like a relaxed fit. I'm usually a solid L in US brands. Ended up exchanging for Medium which fits much better. Would of been 5 stars if the sizing was more consistent but the product is genuinely nice.

The shirts are some awful material.

Tried to return, but they fob you off. I'm 6 weeks into trying to return my shirts and they don't know the return address.

We all know, once I have returned them, if I ever get to, they will find a reason I don't get a refund.

Total Scam.

What a shame I had to give this cheating bunch of monkeys even one star; but you have to give at least one star in order to be able to leave a review.

OK, so my review - as all other are in fairness - really is based on my personal preference which is subjective, but some things are objective, and it's this that needs addressing publicly so that no one deals with this company out of ignorance.

I purchased three shirts as a buy two get 3rd free deal, having been assured that returns were totally possible - with Truefords claiming that they answer email queries 'within 24 hours 7 days a week'.

The shirts took over 2 weeks to arrive (they're made in China), but when they arrived, they were absolutely not as advertised, as they didn't fit properly, had absurdly small collars, and seemed to be made out of the same shiny material as a 1980's darts player.

I only opened one of the shirts, and immediately emailed Truefords to begin the return/refund process.

That's where the fun and games began. 'James' (almost certainly not his real name) did email back in the first instance within a couple of hours, asking why I wanted to return the items. When I - politely - explained why, he asked that I send him a photograph of the shirt, which did seem a bit odd.

Radio silence ensued, so I politely followed up only for 'James' to ask why I wanted a refund rather than an exchange; and when I asked for a return/full refund, he eventually came back saying they were 'experiencing difficulties in processing returns'.

This went back and forth for another 2 weeks, but I was eventually given an email with a link to a site where this return could eventually take place.

Well, that was two weeks ago and where do you think we are now? That's right, your cynical mind is spot on - I'm in exactly the same position as I was on day one.

These cheating bunch of ....( I'll leave you to fill in the blanks) have absolutely no intention of giving any of us who don't like their product a penny of our money back.

Subjective I know, but these shirts probably cost them only a few quid to make, so it'd cost them more to ship our unwanted items back to say, China than they'd make selling us their products in the first place. Objectively, Truefords have no level of customer service whatsoever.

My advice? If you're not particularly bothered how certain items look on you, these shirts are cheap (I got three for £100), but if you have a single doubt that any of their clothes won't be right for you, just don't touch them with a barge pole, because you simply won't get your money back.

I have two options for my shirts. Throw them in the bin, or wear them down the pub, and ready myself for a few shouts of 'One Hundred and Eighhty' and be guided towards a darts board.

Complete fraud of a company ordered 2 shirts which took an age to arrive. When they did quality is absolute rubbish. Requested refund and no reply. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

The shirt is comfortable even in 40 degree heat, doesn't stick to you like most dress shirts do. I've been wearing it to work daily for about two months now, still looks good after washing.
