Quality cable for cheap.
The cables turned up in good time, the quality is good and they seem to work well, i have one issue though, i was expecting the cables to come with an ultra certified sticker on to scan so i could validate them. The website shows the certification sticker but none on the packet.

I’ve purchased several cables from True HQ and they’ve all been excellent. The build quality is very premium, the packaging is neat, and orders are dispatched quickly. I’ve also spoken to their customer service a few times and they’ve been top notch. Highly recommended!

Ordered two 2.0 HDMI cables, received message saying that they run out of stock on those so they will send me newer and better 2.1 cables And they did, and they work great.

Fantastic Quality Certified HDMI Cables
I use True HQ HDMI 2.1 Certified cables on all my gear. They work flawlessly at 4k 120hz, Dolby Vision and all uncompressed audio formats. Value is also very good, True HQ are my go to HDMI cable.

Very good, but needs to improve comunication lines
Right, the product is great, the delivery was great, the buying is great.
The website is appalling
Ive tried to message them, the contact page doesnt work.
Ive emailed them, and still had no reply.
Its almost like a sale only website, but if you have a problem

I can assure you that we are certainly not a sales only website and we take customer service very seriously, as you can see from other reviews.
I have checked and can see that we responded to your email and provided the VAT invoice you requested within 48 hours. We typically respond to customers within a few hours and mostly within 24 hours. Although, sometimes it can take a little longer. Apologies on this occasion it wasn't up to our usual standard.
Regarding the website. We have just finished a major overhaul and our new website is now live. This will provide our customers with a much improved experience and we have also added a live chat function, so customers can contact us easily and we can respond quickly.

Tried to get in contact multiple times to change shipping address, never had a reply, bad costumers service.
I mean why do you have one if you're not planning on reply??

Unfortunately the customer's email was sent into our spam folder and missed on this occasion.
After spotting this review we reached out to the customer and have offered to send a replacement to their correct address, however we have not received a response.
We dispatch items very promptly and most of the time we are unable to change the address before items are sent. So it is important and the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct address, as this is where we will send the item to.
