Meshki....DO NOT pay for express…
Meshki....DO NOT pay for express delivery because it doesn't happen, you only get nor.al delivery so just pay normal price if you really need to buy from this shambles of a Company.
Express delivery was offered to me at an additional £9 charge and stated a delivery date of Saturday 4th May. DHL then e-mailed saying delivery 4 days later! Customer services at Meshki responding with several different excuses over several texts...'they don't offer express delivery...they only deliver on working days... I'm trying hard to get my £9 back not because of the money but because of the absolutely appalling brass neck cheek they have to charge for something that's not even available.
Virgin Media sending me untrue emails telling lies
Virgin Media sent me an email with a new 18 month contract for £55 .
They said ring the number provided to accept the offer so I rang the no twice .the call handler said they would investigate the amount as a senior manager would ring me back...guess what..no call back..

Virgin Money Business total shambles. For no reason they stop your card payments when you you have a healthy balance, the (BAD APP) won't let you transfer money either. App won't let you cancel Standing orders, No business support after 6pm, personal call centre after picking up after 40mins don't know the closing times of other departments. ( non UK) The app won't even let you send your details to new customers like every other business account. The list goes on. DO NOT USE!!!!!

They make call you and tell you that they have work for you. Then never call you back. Force you to do a,dbs check saying you will get it paid back once you are in work.

It's disgusting that they are allowed to do this to people, when everyone is already struggling. What makes Engage think people can just waste £50 and never get it back.
Never contacted took all my personal details and was promised I would be in work after half term as there was postion available, then I had to chase them only to be told no one was biting, not the fact they hadn't even chased my references.

Visited the hornet today , we ordered 3 meals , was well presented and hot. Good food as always as one our usual haunts staff really friendly and diane is a credit to the company.

TALK TALK. Has to be the worst customer service company in the world. Expressively unprofessional. Nothing but pulling out teeth trying to resolve anything with them. They answer the call and keep quite, then hang up when you say something! They purposely cut the line when you in mid conversation or pretend to transfer you and then cut the line. BS at the height of human evolution. Garbage and a joke to a once advertised best customer service company. My calls are recorded if you need the evidence. I hope all the staff who were on my calls get sacked.
Our time Suspicious Activity
Our time , I paid for a subscription which the following day was not recognised by the website. Even after several email exchanges I sent to them they were still adamant that I hadn’t paid. I lost a contact with someone who was interested in me as I was . I received a refund from Apple Pay but not from the website itself.
Beware Booking.com
I booked a weekend for June 14th 2024, this booking was made back in March 2023. Booking.com cancelled my weekend saying that The Old Church Conversion is no longer working with Booking.com but it's funny that I've just been on and I can still book the 2 nights before my pre-booked weekend and also the 2 nights after my intended weekend. I believe that this Apartment (The Old Church Conversion) was recently booked for more money so they decided to cancel my weekend because they rented for well over double what I paid. I will never ever use Booking.com ever again as both Booking.com and The Old Church Conversion can't be trusted. After my weekend was cancelled I got another email from Booking.com offering me accommodation in Blackpool as mine was cancelled and guess what, one of the places offered to replace The Old Church Conversion was infact the same place The Old Church Conversion but for nearly 4 x the original price I paid. So use booking at your own risk because they lie and making a booking with Booking.com does not mean its booked, it just means if they can't rent it for more and cancel your holiday then you might get your holiday but you might not, this company Booking.com is a joke, they should call themselves Booking.com bidding for a chance, what a disgraceful company Booking.com really is
CARPETRIGHT left me without carpets over Christmas
Carpets supposed to be fitted on 15 December and was told they wouldn’t be on the 12th. Second appointment missed on 4 January 2024. They offered to refund money paid but had failed to record a £500 payment which took them 48 hours to track down. Very inconvenient but going elsewhere for my carpets. Use the Trafford Centre branch of CARPETRIGHT at your peril

Needs to be separate however take some sections from the above however add in;
We where all very excited to arrive in Amsterdam and explore your beautiful country however, from the very moment we arrived our rooms where not ready, however we checked in our bags in, in the lockers and set off to explore and take in the culture of the architecture. Upon return to our hotel we where shocked to learn one of our rooms had been cancelled? However we had booked and paid for two rooms in full- your staff managed to find another room however these rooms where substandard for such hotel and NOT what we had originally booked and paid for.
Before we could check into our shoddy rooms we further learnt we where required to pay over 100€ in city tax and 300€ as a deposit?
This has never been the case in any of our travels and utterly disgraceful we where not made aware of this prior to our stay.
Trying to make the best of an already awful weekend away we continued with our ‘holiday’ and very much enjoyed the beauty of Amsterdam….. untill we checked out on Sunday.
Informed when handing back the room keys we owed a further 500€ for the additional room.
We did not book an additional room, we booked and paid for two rooms and the insensitive behaviour of the staff to suggest we where somehow liable for a third room is unfathomable!
I would not recommend any one to stay at this hotel and I would advise the subsequent staff and procedures at this so called four star establishment are below the minimum of human etiquette and beyond the meaning of hospitality.

Excellent care given, had several tooth fractures which needed urgent attention and after searching other practices I decided on this dental practice. They have all the equipment in order to do their own scanning most other dental practices I had approached you had to go into town to accommodate this. Chris has all the high profile qualifications to deal with any trauma’s and dental work. I have had a dental implant as well as capped teeth and fillings and I’m really happy and pleased with all the outcomes. The staff are very welcoming and helpful I find it a very professional business and I am happy to continue to go there.

Hawkins Motors Penryn very nice to you when buying a new car not so helpful after had the car for 18 month before they did a service I gave them the service book only to find out they have not filled in anything in the service record book so no proof that that the car has been serviced not really interested in you after bought the car not a friendly families company not to be trusted

RAC customer service after being passed to different departments. I finally was put through to a customer service operative called sunny. He’s sorted out a complicated situation of an overpayment and a refund required to me. He did this in a very professional and happy and polite manner and I came away reassured and appreciative of the extra miles!!!He went to,sunny🤩 You certainly are the best.
