"For the People" unless the wages aren't high enough?
I submitted a detailed legal intake summary regarding a complex municipal retaliation and Slander Per Se case in Fort Mill, SC, involving clear violations of SC Code § 8-17-120. Despite providing a documented brief, the representative who contacted me the next morning clearly had not read a single word of it.
Instead of discussing the merits of the defamation per se or the obstruction of my statutory grievance, the "representative" interrupted me to ask only about my hourly wage and the number of employees at the firm. The moment she had my salary info, she abruptly declined the case.
It is a shame that a firm built on the story of helping the "little guy" against the powerful seems to only care if that "little guy" has a high enough salary. They aren't interested in justice; they're interested in the math. If you have a legitimate, documented case but aren't a high-earner, don't expect them to actually read your file.

They agreed to take my case after a few months, many medical bills and want we believe was internal bleeding and conformed whiplash they dropped our case stating it was because it didn’t brake my back or neck and no surgery was needed, as the responsible company covered up there gross negligence making it appear that it was a fluke accident A part of me thinks the attorney on my case took a payoff from the company.

I'm very dissatisfied with Morgan…

I'm very dissatisfied with Morgan Morgan due to they say my payout is only $25,000 when I have my car accident in August I had to have major foot surgery my arm was broke etc I had another caseworker manager she was doing great she explained everything to me this new one wants to close my case out says I can only get 25,000 well the advertisement State they will fight for you and I don't not believe I'm being fought for I cannot work anymore I have to use a walker like a little walk an hour at a time without my foot hurting possible two more surgeries coming up that won't even pay after paying them that won't even pay my hospital bills that I had from this accident that was not my fault I don't even get no pain and suffering if I did have the accident cuz I was on my way to work I'd be still working to this day I cannot do that job ever again took my lovelood away I'm full of anxiety and PTSD from the accident I can't even drive a car yet anybody else have this issue

What a joke! Lazy Paralegal!

What a joke! They aren't even worth the 1 star I gave them . The paralegal I had was lazy and I literally had to offer my help to get things moving faster . It took 8 months for a little auto accident. I almost felt like she was on the side of the person that hit us . Don't call them , they don't live up to there commercials. The lawyer , which I emailed once , didn't even respond to my email. The whole thing was a horrible experience.

Morgan and Morgan really needs to look at what is going on. I was referred by someone who gave them good reviews but I am not having that same experience. The case managers are rude and seem as if the case is not for a lot of money they could care less. My vehicle was hit in a hospital parking lot and there is always some excuse as to why they cannot find out enough information to handle my case. There is always some excuse to try and hold on to clients. I am very frustrated with the way they handle business the lawyers are extremely rude and hard to work with.

Waste of energy.

They took a case of mine and my father's in the past. But then said the time restraints had expired. Recently, I tried to get their assistance and was told they cannot help with medical negligence cases. They claimed they will send me a referral for another attorney. This has never happened. Nobody has contacted me at all. I am quite disappointed in their services and would not recommend them.

No Explanation Provided

Called twice about my fraudulent moving review and my case was turned down both times with no sufficient explanation as to the reason despite my requests. The law firm then referred my to the Florida Bar website (which did not provide any help).

I had a serious facial injury and Morgan took on my case. Had me sign a contract with them but after a week of wasting my time with them they backed out because it wasn’t enough money for them to pursue my case so they dropped me.
FOR THE PEOPLE? Balony. They are your typical greedy attys who only take on the big easy money making cases. Find another firm!

Do not get yourself caught up in their emotional radio ads like I did.

I called M & M about a month ago, don't know the exact date. My problem was very simple. My husband went into the hospital for pneumonia and came out 8 weeks later with brain damage. He no longer speaks, does not walk, will NEVER be the same again, that is the simple version. I explained as much as I could to the phone rep. To my amazement I did not even get as much as a phone call, no communication whatsoever. A one minute explanation or communication from a human being would have been nice.

After 3 months of back and forth…

After 3 months of back and forth voicemails and texts they dropped me due to “not getting the required treatment”. I got the MRI that they wanted me to get. I got in with the neurologist that I can’t afford on my own. I was waiting for the neuroradiologist to read the MRI. I told my case manager, Brooke, this but got no response and then the next day got a call that I was being dropped. I think it’s because when they put my MRI results through “their machine that reads it” I informed Brooke that it was wrong. She was trying to tell me stuff about my spine when I had a brain MRI. So sorry Brooke that I called you on your BS and wouldn’t let you lie about my medical condition to get more money.

Scam, just another man in the middle attack on large scales

Scam. They appear to be part of a man in the middle attack thats been on going in the Santa Clara county area for a few years now back when COVID started to become a thing. It was a way to disguise inquiries on anyone who might sue the hospitals for not treating their loved ones during this time. Many chronically ill people died due to this. I almost did. I can’t believe the state attorneys haven’t fixed this yet, I’m ongoing dealing with scams from these people including the people who keep redirecting my phone calls to their call centers. Example, I filled in the Morgan and Morgan intake and someone called me within seconds. No joke. Not possible but it happened. This was an indicator it was a call center trying to stop on-going movement into litigation. It’s called paper chasing. Keeping you busy, letting you think (convince) you don’t have a case. Another example is going onto the Santa Clara bar association takes you to a website that isn’t supported by actual lawyers. And the names are obscene and derogatory indicating massive scam. So the people of Santa Clara have no representation for anything just. The answer is small claims court. Most, if you’re looking for principle based resolutions, of the cases you might have can be handled this way. Bigger cases are when there is an accumulation and the judges notice it, thats when they bring in lawyers to review and potentially move it to trial. Don’t fall for the advocacy groups, they are working for the criminals. Always saying they only help immigrants or people not white. Keep fighting for your 5th amendment rights, people. You’ll survive this if you do.
Update 1/22: In response to Morgan and Morgans post. It is a scam and I have already reached out to California and Santa Clara county for resolution with provided examples. They’re too busy to reconcile the issues. It would require an overhaul of the databases and secure framework. If I were a lawyer in CA, I’d be pretty angry given the time and money spent on the education.

Wow I wish I saw these reviews before I hired this very low quality firm! They were only able to recover me 12.5% of what was on the table! They were not willing to fight! I was rear ended . Because there wasn’t significant damage to the vehicle they settled on the 3rd offer, which was only $500 more than the first! Yet my injuries were very serious! Then my 2nd rear end case has to go to litigation and they just told me they are not willing to fight for me! Cool I’ll call Jason Stone in MA. M&M firm is all talk no action! They only want the easy money cases. Yeah it’s “FREE” when you’re not doing anything! Never spoke with my attorney. Thankfully the guy Luis was very professional, and I know his hands are tied. He needs to open his own firm. He will be a good lawyer! But PLEASE CALL YOUR LOCAL ATTORNEYS. Stay away from this “too big to fail” joke of a firm! All you see is the owner advertising his easy made billions of dollars. Horrible firm MORGAN & MORGAN not for the people, more like for the easy dollar! If I could not even give them that one star I would! Zero stars. More like a pile of poop!

Notice how when they respond to people’s reviews they only call the people by their first name when it’s a positive! All negative reviews are most likely AI Generated responses. Let’s see what they write me?! You know because “Sorry” is the new make everything better! “Sorry” makes all their incompetence just go away! Morgan & Morgan “NOT” for the people!

Just like I said AI generated responses. Even their replies are not genuine!

Poor communications

Poor communications, you have to prod them like cattle otherwise you don't get updates. Paralegals are incompetent, giving direction to give information to opposing counsel that could jeopardize case. They had me come into Bradenton office to sign settlement papers and when I got there no one knew anything. They have had my settlement check for over 30 days, promised I would have it by Christmas and now its 1-13-2026 and no one will answer me when they plan to give me my check. I am about to sue them! Every lawyer under the sun is working under this large network, no longer a family business that cares! They are like the big box stores, a pile of crap! They are not "For the People" Save your money and try a smaller group like Farah and Farah.
