UPDATE: 23.02.22 Just had an email from De Dietrich customer service in French of course just to be unhelpful as usual Stating that they DO NOT SUPPLY PARTS FOR SMALL APPLIANCES depends on what you call small and how expensive. Best to avoid buying this company's products.

Do not purchase this product. I have contacted every De Dietrich supplier in the UK and NONE will repair this product or even attempt to help you resolve a repair issue

A good appliance as long as it works. Considering the cost of a few hundred pounds one would expect a good back-up repair service. FORGET IT Nobody is prepared to repair or replace parts. Contacted the manufacturer in France and since it has changed ownership the service level is ZERO. You have to contact them in French as they do not speak English and even after sending an e-mail in French they do not even have the good business manners of responding. Whatever you do DON'T BELIEVE WHAT THE AFTER SALES SERVICE PROMISE YOU AS IT'S NON EXISTANT

Placed an online order with BOOTS CHEMIST boots.com appalling service!!!! I didn't receive no notification regarding collection for my order! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with customer service! I ordered a gift for my sons 21st... Expected an outstanding service. What a let down by a well established company:((((

Robert from carpet right Colchester

We ordered some carpets for our clients who have support needs. The fitter Robert arrived and we found out there has been an error with the order (our side) and it turned out there was not enough carpet for the bedrooms. Everything had been arranged for the carpet fitting that day and there were no other fitting dates for weeks. Robert was brilliant, and work flexibly and creatively so we could go and buy more carpet, he worked late to ensure the job was finished. Massive thank you Robert for your professionalism and flexibility. The house looks stunning and our clients are very pleased.

We waited nearly 2 weeks for an…

We waited nearly 2 weeks for an appointment but when the engineer did come it was a very efficient & quick repair. Irod had a thorough knowledge of the make & model my Fisher & Pakel fridge freezer, even though it was an old model. he was very polite & tidy. We were delighted to be up & running again. Thank you

Amble Gas Services

Amble Gas Services - Matty came to do our gas boiler service this morning as arranged. He was very professional and did a great job of the service. He also gave us advice and information and was willing to explain things and answer our questions. I would recommend him and will always use him in the future.

Disappointed customer service from pc/currys
I bought a new washing machine in October 2020 and have experienced trouble with it on and off since. 8/10 times it destroys our clothes. We have had a engineer come out to us 4 times now. 1st and 2nd time a fault was found the 3rd it was repaired. When it happened again a engineer couldn't find a fault but we were still charged £54 for call out. As I was still not happy and wanted a new machine whirlpool and currys said I needed a engineer again to get a refund code but they couldn't guarantee I won't be charged £54 again. This is ridiculous. Its a gamble everyone I use this machine

Going for first time in Bristol

Going for first time in Bristol, seeing the beauty of the city and making a booking for table of two in The Hole in the Wall was one of the best things me and my man have done!!!
Fresh ,delicious and tasty food that can easily compare to the quality of Harrods London, is the best place for you and the once you love to go !!!
The stuff is very friendly and positive with good energy,specially Sergiu!!!
Truly and honestly I am looking forward to seeing you again soon!!!
Best recommendation if you want to have amazing food and have good time!!!

Microsoft

=Please see attached, in 2019 you kindly replace my faulty Surface Pro 4 after only 3 years of home use.



I am writing again to inform you that this product failed in under two years with a major hardware problem where it would not reboot. After contacting your technical department the only help they could offer was a refurbished Surface Pro 4 at a cost of £568 which I declined.

Because all my documents files and Photo’s are in Microsoft and also I have Office I have purchased against my wife’s wishes a new Surface Pro 7 from your Microsoft Store Order Ref: 1583941985 at a cost of £809.10.

I thought Microsoft was a quality brand like Apple however, from my experience it is certainly not. As mentioned in my original emails prior to retiring I had always used Apple and my wife has Apple Laptop and iPhone both several years old and working fine.

We are both pensioners and only use our products for personal use I so disappointed with the quality and wish I had stuck with Apple like my wife.

Ups mailing company england ..a parcel…

Ups mailing company england ..a parcel was meant to arrive on friday 2nd of the mouth , i am in all day waiting to see the van arrive , none ever came.. after.the weekend i have spoken to the help desk 5 times and gotten email saying it went back to there depot 30 miles away , the seller i bought it from say it went to a different storage site , the local depot in Bodmin will not pick up the phone, and a week later i am still left not knowing as i can not get to talk to a person who speaks english 6 days later still no parcel or contact from ups ,still no delivery van turned up

BRT Removals Torbay MY NAME IS Mr R Deacon not DEAKIN they cant even spell my name right turn up 3 hours late to give me a quote with some dodgy cowboy excuse they had a tyre blowout that one wore out long ago LOL would be a fool to trust this company with in a inch of my possession. ARKEL caravan insurance
I have got me insurance though a compare site which I have used for 7years
Awning replaced 5years ago insurance pay out brilliant.This year the compare site put me with Arkel insurance (Davies Group)
Renewal policy showed £1000 cover for awning same as previous insurance policies.
Last week awning damaged by the awful weather we been having .
Put claim in with Arkel
Their response was awning not covered BECAUSE awning left erect and caravan not In use for me that means I have to erect a 28ft by 12ft awning at each I visit then take it down each time I leave!
GRAZY!!

Magnet Kitchens Best kitchen Designer Ever!

Just had the best experience ever with a kitchen designer from magnet at Cribbs Causeway David Gregory. On previous experiences with other companies it’s been very basic and not very “think outside the box” we don’t all want the same design kitchen. He had so many clever and creative ideas which will make our kitchen work for our family rather than our family work into a general all purpose kitchen. Highly recommend him.

Please DO NOT BUY from flowerbulbsinc.co.uk, They took my money 6 weeks ago failed to deliver my good although they charged me straight away. And now they tell me I have to wait another month until they get their money from the postal service and then and only then will they pay me back. And one of their excuses wait for it... they couldn't pay me back because of Brexit ahggggg DISGUSTING :(

wish you could give no stars !!

JCB Medway wish I could give no stars !!! . How can you escalate without asking any questions?? Even who I am ? ?is that response just standard crap you put on these sites to look good ?
My son had car fixed today costing just under £600 . When ask how to complain , was told they didn't have complaints policy ... we have paperwork from previous visit ( when in warranty) saying tests were inconclusive and owner advised to return if happened again . Told it was definitely a different fault this time , although exactly same fault showing and same symptoms. Utter nonsense and just shows all they want is your money . Will take this further once we find out how to 🤬

Do not use this dealership !!!
