Weeks after I purchased the pills, I got charged $38+ for some recurring Club membership. I did not sign up for a trial/membership. There was nothing before, during, or after checkout that clearly told me I was enrolling in a membership. Not even in my email confirmation.

I emailed the company immediately about the unauthorized transaction and have not been able to get anywhere with them, despite their own membership refund policy stating, “If you believe you were charged in error, please contact customer support. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.” So essentially, the company’s actual practices directly contradict their stated policies. The process has been unnecessarily difficult and inconsistent.

Also, their 90-day money-back guarantee is another issue and is just whack, IMO. Apparently, the full 90-day protocol must be completed after delivery. Which means you must use the product every day for 90 days, and only then can you request a refund, but you have to request it within 90 days? Like what? Also, what if you only got a 30- or 60-day supply, which still offers a 90-day guarantee? Make it make sense. So much for a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee and a "hassle-free" refund experience.

Don’t buy from this scam company. Supplements straight from China marketed as US based. As soon as I realized it was coming from China, I told him I did not want them to refund me. They refused. Not to mention, I saw an extra charge two weeks later for a “club membership” that I didn’t sign up for. They say this is also nonrefundable. The only option is a dispute with the credit card company, which is in process.

DECEPTIVE PRACTICES! I tried contacting them within minutes of placing the order to cancel it. They didn’t respond until three days later advising it was already processed/too late to cancel. It took almost two weeks to get a return address from them and it was in CHINA, instead of in USA (it was shipped to me from an address in California). It appears the intent is for you to give up so they keep your money instead of refunding.

When an online seller falsely claims an item is located domestically but then demands you pay expensive international shipping to return a product to China, it is a common Scammer Refund Tactic designed to make the return cost more than the product itself. The goal is to frustrate you into abandoning the refund request or accepting a tiny partial refund.

This is a follow up of my previous initial review. Since the onset, August 9th, they've given me the runaround. Finally got them to give me return instructions. They say 90 days to return - however, they told me that I have to try them and wait for 90 days to request a return. I didn't have it. Then they gave me return instructions to CHINA at my expense when I was told otherwise initially. I reluctantly take it to USPS and was told it would be $28 to ship back. Fine - at this point I was determined to get my money back from this scam of a company. But, as the USPS clerk was entering the information into the system, it gave her a DENIED response and said that NOURI pills/vitamins are deemed as a PROHIBITED item labeling these as "GENETICALLY MODIFIED BIOMATERIALS" and are banned from shipments!!! I again reached out to them and they said if I want a refund that I have to try other carriers to return them!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY MADDENING! Do NOT trust them at all!!
