Brought mine in June and they are so comfy and easy to clean, can hear the birds singing when I walk my dog and electric cars and vans , I couldn't hear them before I started using my Claritypro.

My partner (who is a78yr old disabled partially blind and deaf) bought 2 pair of hearing aids but they made no difference. She emailed several times but it took a number of emails to get an address to return them. The website state 100% money back, no hassle. The company wants her to return the items tracked mail to China and then told her there would be £35 deducted from the refund. Not 100% then or no questions asked or haste free. It might have been a good idea for the company to tell her that whilst they’re covering the cost of posting the items to her ( just over £3 apparently) she would have the cost of returning them to China. So no full refund, no advice of returning goods TRACKED to China at her expense and lots of hassle

The hearing aids are so well packed and a very neat size. Amazing. Also the size of the ear pieces is perfect they go in so well Quick charging. About the aids I absolutely love them. I can hear everything crystal clear. Never again will I buy expensive ones from a well known firm that charges £2.500 plus. My ones were pathetic so now I have these. Just love them they are so comfortable. I can’t believe how loud my family talk to me now. I have to ask them to talk much quieter. They used to be mad at me saying pardon. Can you speak up. Now it’s me saying lol I heard that. I want to thank you for these. Love them well made and so smart and hardly seen.

My wife has tried several different ones but the ones she I got her from you are great she said they are day to put in and so easy to set ie the volume, she so very pleased with them, and she would recommend them. For the price and the quality of them and not forgetting how quickly they were delivered to our home ,first class.

Ii am very pleased with the hearing aids. I have a little issue with getting the sound balance and selecting the correct size silicone ends. Both little issues are correctable with a little time.
But generally I am very very happy with my purchase.

Having been constantly told by my better half about my hearing, and that I should get hearing aids, I started looking for some, but they were expensive, then I come across your offer, and I had nothing to lose really, so took you up on the offer, the aids arrived quickly and I used them straight away, what a difference they have made to my hearing even with soft spoken speech.

I have only had these aids five days but can feel the distance they are much better than the nhs ones are that I have had for a few years and I would recommend them to anyone who are thinking of trying these

These hearing aids come with a variety of ear pieces, the smallest of which actually fit in my ears, unlike all the ones (many) that I have tried in the past. Being rechargeable I have great hopes for these aids. Too many others have failed me in the past. For the money I've wasted I could have bought a really expensive pair!

The aids arrive within 7/8 days, it has clear instructions to follow, charged it, used to watch TV it was better, clearer sound. I could hear the actors much clearer and didn’t miss any jokes! The real test be upcoming social events with lots of people talking and music hoping I be able to join and enjoy fully in these events.

These weren't purchased for myself but for my wife.
She is over the moon, especially since they are rechargeable.
The quality and the clarity is 💯, all for an exceptional price.

Had a problem with one of the hearing aids contacted the company and a lady called Susan dealt with the issue having decided it was not working as it should has arranged for a replacement.

The hearing aids arrived quickly and they seem to work my wife is just getting used to them so am not wearing them all the time, building up the time over a couple of weeks. Hearing is much clearer and they are easy to set up. The price is goo and delivery was good also. Would recommend

The whole of the transaction from start to finish has been a refreshing experience no pressure and the product is exactly what it says it it good quality and easy to use.
