There was an initial issue with getting my complete order. It took about a month to resolve, but I did eventually get it worked out. I'm having trouble with any subscriptions that go through Shop. Avoid them if you can.

I want to cancel my subscription but can’t figure it out.

There is absolutely no way to cancel this subscription which I don't even remember agreeing to! I have emailed twice and no one has emailed me back. I will start posting my experience every single place on the internet if it is not canceled.

Did not like the spray going everywhere when I sprayed it on my face.

This product is life changing! I'm 53 and I've always had a hard time making sure I've gotten all of the peach fuzz off my face. You just spray it on, it turns your hair white and you start the dermaplaning procedure. I will warn you though that the spray itself is ice cold! I don't remember reading that anywhere so I was shocked when I sprayed it and it was that cold. Bottom line I would highly recommend this product, it's unlike anything I've ever seen on the market.

I was unsatisfied with the product and they wouldn't let me return it, even though it was within the 60 days that their return policy indicates. This is a scam! Don't purchase!

This order was never placed and subscription cancelled 6 months yet they still took money from my bank without authority

Very poor. Issue with shipping address. JILL Company nor the Post Office care what happened to my order. I paid for items but never received.

I really like this company! I’m able to control how often to get my refills. I love these razors because they are the only ones that don’t nick my face. A smooth shave every time. I will continue to be a valued customer at Jill.

I was expecting the blade to be a professional grade. It was a bit dull and irritating. Packaging was great.

I have been trying to cancel my account for several months, but nobody will cancel it, like they say they will.

I did not receive the first package I paid for from this company. I contacted them multiple times, they are not going to take any efforts to remedy this.
I also wanted to cancel my membership, and the link they sent me to cancel it just sends you around in circles. I feel they are intentional Making it very difficult for buyers to cancel their membership. Buyer beware!!!

They make it extra hard to cancel a subscription and refuse to my return request for the old Jill razor. Even though they still give you the option to subscribe for the old Jill razors. Makes no sense what so ever.

They didn’t do what I asked. I received my subscription order and for some reason another order was placed I asked that they cancel the duplicate order instead they cancelled my subscription and shipped out the duplicate order

The identifying spray, stopped working after the second time I used it. Totally useless I had to throw in the garbage. And that was the feature that actually got me to buy the product. Otherwise, they’re just crappy razors that you can get anywhere. I canceled my membership.
