My therapist was late to my first…

My therapist was late to my first appointment and didn’t know it was an intake appointment. Seemed scattered and it’s okay if you run late, but she didn’t apologize and I almost left the zoom because she was so late. An apology would have been nice and knowing what type of appointment she was conducting.

(Update: Addressed by Minded satisfactorily- Software problem). Problems getting a response about my prescription renewal

UPDATE: They have gotten back to me and scheduled an appointment. SOFTWARE PROBLEMS. They were contacting me but I received no notifications.

I’ve been using Minded Care for a year. Up until now, they were professional, efficient, and courteous. I would easily have given them 5 stars in a review. I have changed this review from a 1 star to a 2 simply because they were great in the past.(3 since they’ve gotten back to me).

But recently, something has gone very wrong with their website and subsequent patient care.

I’ve been leaving messages on my account for the care team for nearly a week. They never sent me a link to make an appointment to get my prescription renewed. This has NEVER happened in the past.

On the prescription tab it has said, “Under Review” for days, and I have left numerous messages letting them know I’m completely out of medication, and need the renewal now, but my requests go unanswered.

I’m desperate for my meds and need a response. I don’t know where to turn. In addition to using the patient portal messaging app, I have reached out to their customer support email several times telling them I am out of meds, but have received NO RESPONSE.

It’s a serious medical and psychiatric crisis to be forced to be without meds you’ve been on for years. I have never heard of psychiatric caregivers ghosting their patients.

Started Great, Ended Bad

Tbh the service started off great. The issues came when providers started missing appointments with me? I would log in, wait and then nothing. The first time it happened the fix was quick and I had a new appointment two days later and a refill on my RX. This time however, the provider missed their appointment with me, I’ve emailed three times to try and get a refill or response, but I’ve gotten no reply and now I’m out of medication. I just don’t think that’s something that I should be risking with my mental health, so two stars because started great, and now I feel like they basically ghosted me and I’m out of psych meds which you’re not supposed to stop taking suddenly, but I kind of have to because I my provider missed the appointment and no one’s been responding to me.

She focused on core problems and asked very good questions. My wifi was going in & out due to a tech here at my house doing work on our internet, she maintained a good attitude and was very nice about it all. Happy to have her as a dr.

5 stars all day long!!

Dr. was absolutely wonderful. I switched over from ForHers and I’m so extremely happy I did! If only for the doctor I spoke to, never mind the convenience of having same day prescriptions, less expensive and my insurance covers my meds now I would give 5 stars all day long!

I signed up for this service last…

I signed up for this service last month, I had a scheduled appointment within 2 days..I am not gonna lie I was a little nervous being it was all online and just didn't know if it was gonna work for me. Well it really did work amd extremely happy I came across this service being I don't drive right now. It was super easy they sent me a reminder the day before with the link to log on with the phyciatrist and the next day I clicked on the link and immediately was connected with Kiara, lete just first say the sweetest lady she was so caring, asked me questions, gave me advice on the situations I been facing she was really AMAZING!! I love this service and so completely satisfied. For anyone thinking of trying it definitely do it. They r really great, support aswell any questions they immediately respond with a answer..thank you again for your service and looking forward to my appointment next month..

I cannot believe these people are still…

I cannot believe these people are still in business. They’ve taken money out of my account twice now. No one can return a phone call. After 2 months I have yet to get an appointment or a phone call. Shame on you, Minded! I want my money back and account cancelled!!

I have only had my first initial…

I have only had my first initial interview and was nervous because of having severe anxiety, my paired doctor made me feel comfortable and I am going to continue with minded! Thank you for saving me

Didn’t feel doctor asked the right questions to get to know my health issues, in order to prescribe the right medications.

Prescriptions were an issue to get filled. I’m still waiting on one, three days later.

Useless, uninviting, utterly disappointing.

Do not use this unless it is your only option. And even then, I’d still be weary.
They do not return messages/ emails. I waited for my appointment to talk to the physician I was supposed to be seeing for over a week. The zoom call took all of about 7 minutes and they did not ask questions or go into detail about my issues I was having. They ignored me when I was trying to open up about my symptoms and what I needed help with; which is supposed to be the entire point of this company? It took them days to get my one prescription called into my pharmacy. They are charging $65 for basically nothing. I’ve had multiple questions I wanted answered and have reached out to them with no response whatsoever. Use any other online mental health service than them. I’m positive the experience will be way better.

Horrible service. Completely unproffesional. No one answered my call in meeting . 5 days of messages to ger my prescription renewed without an answer. Try a different service. Minded doesnt care about your health at all.

Unethical & Fraudulent Billing

This service has unethical billing practices. I never completed an assessment nor saw a clinician however they have now charged me $65 for using their service. What service? I received nothing from this organization, not an assessment, not counseling, not prescriptions.

I have submitted 2 email requests and 2 voice mails but have yet to receive a response. This organization are charlatans. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute this fraudulent charges.
