Kevin Gormley is someone you guys should feel lucky to have!! He makes me feel like not just a patient, but a friend. He talks about more than just the standardized comments and questions, he really opens up and makes you feel comfortable. I could sit and talk with him for hours about my whole life! If he happens to leave Minded, he has a new follower! :)

Impossible to get in touch with anyone to help. My medication was supposed to be refilled yesterday after my appointment. When I went to pharmacy they never received any refills and now I can’t get that resolved.

They Messed with the wrong mentally ill person they simply stated that even tho i cancelled and i never saw not even 1 provider they wont refund me, hows this even legal? they keep refusing to refund me maybe they need to mention that there appointments may take a week to get

This is an absolutely horrible company. No one answers the phone- ever, nor calls you back after leaving multiple messages! The provider, Laura Velli, never showed for our appointment! The first time I met with Ms. Velli, she was 5 min late and seemed as if she had just woken up and had nearly forgot about our appointment. She looked very disheveled. I left voice and email messages with Minded, but no one responded. In addition, I keep being asked to update my payment info. I’ve done it 5 or 6 times now, and they still keep sending messages asking me to update it!! Again, I tried reaching out to them, but no one there cares at all. They are simply an impersonal pill prescribing factory.

My Dr was very familiar with my panic disorder and understood that I have been on the same medication for over 10 yrs. She didn't push me to try other meds that haven't worked for me in the past I felt calm not anxious talking with her

My last provider was a replacement for the one I had and quit. Instead of taking the time to ask me questions, she just automatically said she would prescribe me anymore and spoke to me very briefly about my other options. She did prescribe me what I needed but not the usual quantity. It was just evident she was in a time restraint and didn’t care to pick up where I left I
