This was a terrible experience. I naively shared that I had negative experiences with antidepressants. My clinician or whatever credential these people have became incredibly defensive. They started ranting about how they have CURED people of depression and anxiety and told me that was the only goal they had in mind when working with clients. I was never asked about any previous medications or given options for treatment. They canceled my membership without asking me after being combative and belligerent during our call- but continually shouting at me that they weren’t going to argue with me. This appointment and service didn’t instill any confidence that these people care about mental health. They cared enough to take your money and hopefully keep you on the hook and paying until they CURE all mental illness. Scary.

went there for severe anxiety and mild depression. got prescribed zoloft and kevin was super accommodating and was very fun to chat with, super sweet and fun guy. he genuinely wants to see you succeed. always on time, was late by ten minutes once. people who are complaining about someone never showing up need to have a little more patience and wait a few more minutes. i would and have recommended this to friends. i’m so much happier and less stressed since using minded, increased my quality of life by so much. thanks minded 🐈‍⬛

Kevin is awesome, listens, and remembers everything from past conversations. Hes attentive and makes me feel like I am being helped. Great guy and will continue to use him exclusively

Literally made 3 appts and no doctor showed so you take my initial payment but I can’t get a follow up after I was started on medication now I am going with out ??? This program is AWFUL

After always starting 10-20 minutes late, my provider takes off on tangents about himself and his issues, or is horribly improper and unprofessional with unnecessary side topics. Then in the last 5 minutes checks my pharmacy and says I seem good and he'll send refills. 15 minute appts with no time between appts for providers to put away one case and get another case opened does not feel like a good model. I feel like just another number having money sucked from me.

My first experience was very good. I was nervous but that quickly changed and I felt at ease. The process was easy to understand and they care about my personal challenges. I will definitely continue to use Minded and feel confident in referring them to my family friends.

Even though my previous councilor left, the new one Stacey Davis is very thorough and understanding. She's helpful and patient. Very sweet and knowledgeable

Scheduling the appointment was easy. The online quiz was user-friendly. The medical practitioner I spoke with was good at her job, was kind, and was easy to understand and to work with. I would highly recommend Minded.

Stacey Davis is the best. Great to work with, and is so accommodating. Before trying a new medication, she did background research before our next appointment.

Out of the blue I was told by JaeJung Lee PMHNP that all the medications Minded has been prescribing me over the last year have been harmful to me and against policy. She then said Minded would no longer be prescribing me my medication. I told her to cancel my membership but I am getting constant texts from Minded. I want to make sure my membership is cancelled & make the back to back texts stop. I'm going to get legal assistance to understand why I was repeatedly prescribed harmful medications.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY, FRAUDULENT CHARGES!!

I was browsing the internet and came across this site that said”FREE ASSESSMENT”. Out of curiosity I filled out the form and it asked for a CC# to get the results. This was 2 months ago. The results were a laughing stalk of percentages I might be anxious or depressed, which were way off.

Today I went to check my online CC info and they had charged me $95 and $45. I wrote the customer service email and explained all I did was take the “FREE ASSESSMENT”, and never actually asked or wanted their services. They responded back basically saying “we don’t give refunds” aka tough luck.

I never used, intended, or attempted to use their services. I never made an appointment, I never saw any psych doctor, nor did I ever have contact with this company besides the single email and reply saying “owell”. This company is scamming people by advertising a free assessment and charging them without their knowledge. As you can see I’m not the only one that has been scammed. If I actually wanted or needed psychiatric services it sure wouldn’t be from some online company having to advertise.

Regardless, I never even received an email of the charges nor did I receive any communication that I was or would be charged. As of today I am contacting my CC company, reporting to the BBB, FTC and contacting my attorney so this does not happen to anyone else.

This company is trash. When you sign up you have they will make you wait weeks for your appointment. My nurse was very cold/dismissive and seemed annoyed during my intake. They will prescribe you antidepressants and antihistamines, they don’t prescribe any controlled substances even though their website states they do. If you need an antidepressant subscription there are many dramatically cheaper options that aren’t 100 dollars upfront and $45 for a refill appointment each month. Everything about this is a scam, I regret paying for this service. The meds I was prescribed made me sick and were completely ineffective. The worst part was not the ineffective treatment, it was the disrespectful nurse.

Absolutely terrible, I signed up for their service and after I signed up I got no confirmation email whatsoever in my personal email and then I completely I forgot about it. After 3 months they have managed to charge me a total of $135. Total scam of a website, DONT USE.

Do not attempt to sign up if you are actually depressed. From the reviews here I guess I'm lucky I didn't make it to the charging stage, but nevertheless I was looking for affordable help. I filled out the questionnaire, but it kept coming up with "call hotline". No way forward or back, every time I logged in it would just say "call hotline". Not their hotline, you understand, but the free national one, or 911. This made me so much more depressed I can't tell you. And I swear to God, do not leave me a canned response like all the other replies on here. Shove it.

I was curious what this website was about. So I went forward and answered all the questions. Only to find out that they cannot prescribe new medications that are controlled. Only if you have been previously given it. I was charged 95 dollars before even having my appt, which was extremely frustrating. Then I canceled and I was still being charged 95 dollars a month. They are taking your money instantly to ensure they get it then if there is a problem they still at least get your money. It is a Bad business model and very frustrating, I should not have been charged at all for nothing to happen

It's a fraud they charge you and then have no Doctor in your area and refuse to refund the money . I logged in and gave my info . When it got to book an appointment the screen was blank and there was no one to help. I immediately contacted them and they refused to refund the money . They are a fraud for sure and I think that all of us need to report them to our state medical boards for fraud as well as our state Attorney Generals for financial fraud
