This company refused to give me a refund, despite the fact it has never been opened.

the Mylk machine is a scam. They never delivered the machine they only sent a metal spoon with a note written in bad English. They robbed my money. The company does not exists so there is no way to contact them. The email is a scam. if you look closely you will see that the website is also fake. Do not fall into this trap! I reported them to the police, but i will never get my money back.

I would give no stars if possible. This is an absolute scam. I ordered my machine in June. By September, no delivery and numerous email replies telling me they’re awaiting stock. Then received a tracking number that was actually used in an order I received from another company. I asked for a refund. Now their email does not seem to exist…

Machine arrived without any instruction book or free spoon. It made terrible oat milk. Communication via email is non existent. I asked for a refund (still within the 90 days) chased up and still no reply. I even offered to send machine back as I don’t want it. Wish I had read these reviews first!
Update! Now the email address is invalid so it looks as though I will not be receiving anything from them!

I'd give no stars if I could. Ordered on the 13th September with a stated 3-5 day express delivery and now it's 1st October, no shipping updates, no answers to emails and $29 poorer!!! Disputing this transaction with my credit facility. To add further fury their email is now returned as does not exist. Stay clear of these scammers.

I would not give it any stars at all. Paid for the Mylk jug on 5th July 2025. I have not received it to date. Finally, two weeks ago they offered me a full refund. It was supposed to be in my account in 7 business days. Well what do you think happened…. No refund received and now all my emails are bouncing back. Either they are out of business or they have blocked me. I mean this most sincerely - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I think they take money from Peter to pay Paul. Fraudulent.

Never received the product ordered. No reply to e-mails. Luckily my credit card company refunded me. A SCAM!!!!!! Stay well clear

I would give this no stars if I could. I bought this based on what the webpage said the machine would do. When it arrived, it had none of the setting that matched the website or the instruction manual. I have now sent 3 emails and 2 messages trying to return the machine. I’m still within the allowable return time.

Terrible experience. We received a promotional email from them stating that they had a special deal of USD $99 for the nut milk making machine, extended warranty, a recipe e-book and a complimentary spoon. We never received the nut milk machine instead they sent a spoon through the courier with the tracking details and the e-book by email.

They never responded to any of our correspondence including emails and their 'Contact us' form on their website. Please don't fall for this trap.

Extremely Disappointed – Still No Machine After Over a Month!
I ordered a Mylk machine on 18th August with express delivery, as a birthday present for my daughter. Over a month later, we still haven’t received the machine – so she’s had no birthday gift, and I’m left chasing something I paid for weeks ago.
All I’ve received in the post is a tiny frother – no explanation, no update, nothing. I’ve contacted the company multiple times and the only response I’ve had was an email on 1st September (10 days ago) saying they were “looking into it as a priority.” Since then: total silence.
It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the price of the machine and the fact I paid extra for fast delivery. I had high hopes for this product, but sadly, the experience has been completely unacceptable so far.

I placed an order with TryMyMilk.com over a month ago, and so far I have only received the milk frother. I ordered the full machine, but it never arrived. I’ve been contacting their customer service repeatedly asking for explanations, but they have now completely stopped responding.

I paid over €100 for a product that was never delivered, and their customer support has abandoned me with no answers at all. I’m absolutely disappointed and feel like I’ve thrown my money in the trash.

I truly regret ever buying from this store. Do not purchase from them – it’s a complete scam.

Do NOT buy from them! SCAM! I never received the product I ordered which I paid over $200. I emailed and someone called Kimberly replied to my email claiming they were looking into it which I believed her initially. Then I followed up again after hearing nothing and simply never got any response from them again.

Never received item. Paid for express shipping. They only sent a tiny milk frother, but not actual machine. I contacted them and they provided FALSE TRACKING NUMBER for rest of machine. I have requested full refund. Obviously scam.

Stay away from this company! Their products do not work as advertised! We followed their directions and it spewed all of the water and almonds out of the top as soon as we turned it on. They do not honor their no hassle return policy. If you want to return it you have to ship it to Italy.
The return shipping cost is $96.00!!

They sent a Chinese eggbeater instead of my £150 oat milk machine.

This is a scam company avoid at all costs. No response from the owners and don't like them

I deeply regret purchasing the Mylk machine. Their ad promised a “90-Day Risk-Free Trial” and a “Hassle-Free Return”—but once I tried to return the product, I was met with confusing, contradictory instructions and one hurdle after another.

After contacting their support team, I was told I’d have to ship the item internationally to Italy at my own expense, despite living in Texas and purchasing through a U.S.-targeted Facebook ad. Nowhere was this disclosed upfront.

They asked me to try the product, despite their policy stating it must be unused for return—how does that make sense? When I did try it, it overflowed, made a huge mess, and left behind more pulp than my basic blender. Definitely not the performance promised.

I reached out multiple times, was ignored for days, offered a partial refund of only $73, and had to escalate the issue through PayPal. Only then did they finally agree to a full refund—but only if I shipped the entire heavy item to Italy, again, at my cost.

This experience was anything but risk-free or hassle-free. I’ve since filed complaints with the FTC, BBB, and the Texas Attorney General is next. The product is overpriced, underperforming, and the company is operating under shady, misleading practices.

Do not fall for their polished ads. This is not a company that stands by its word.

After waiting since June for my Trymylk machine and accessories and hearing nothing I sent 3 emails one of them being with shop/ shopify I’ve heard nothing from them so I’ve had to get my money back through my credit card
