Impossible to return product despite 30-day return policy
I ordered a product from this website: Cypress Rotundus Oil.
After receiving it, I learned that the product may actually be harmful to your health. That was my mistake for not checking properly beforehand.
However, when I tried to return the product and get a refund, it turned out to be almost impossible. The website says that customers should contact them to “start a return”, which I did. Since then, the process has been a disaster.
First of all, I cannot get clear answers to my questions. Secondly, it seems to be a chatbot answering my emails with the same response over and over again. It feels like a complete dead end. Every time I ask for a real person to answer my email, I just receive another automated response.
This does not seem right. I should be able to contact a real person or someone who can help me with a refund, especially when the website clearly states that there is a 30-day return policy.
The only way to return the product is by contacting them, but apparently it is impossible to get any real help or return instructions.
So yeah... just dont go there.
