May be a knockoff of a real LUMI product
The company webpage says it offers a 90 day money back guarantee. When I contacted them for return information, they replied without providing it. So I contacted credit card company and had the charge reversed. Then the company contacted me to ask why. Once they knew why they emailed me multiple times still never providing how to return the product. They finally offered a 70% refund and I wouldn't have to return product. I have since looked at their return policy and they don't accept return of open product or if bought at a discount. Those 2 things directly contradict the 90 day money back guarantee. I also believe that you have to return the product to China which would be very expensive. So I recommend you do not do business with this company.
