The staff members are very helpful, friendly and helpful when responding to inquiries or handling replacement request. I ordered 2 -XL knee braces and one for my son and one for me . The one for me is a little too big my son loves his. They are sending me a large at no charge. Now that’s quality and trustworthy. Thank You.

After ordering the wrong size, I contacted customer support and received a very quick reply, they also have remedied my problem without any fuss and have sent me out the correct size . I was very impressed with the customer service I received and would recommend peakflex without hesitation

When I placed my orginal order I didn't indicate that I needed left and right so I had ordered two left. I realized my error and contacted them right away and they worked hard to catch the order and have it corrected - swapping out one left for a right. When I received them I was impressed with the design, however I needed a smaller size. It is hard to order by weight when you have "chicken legs" lol. I emailed and customer service and they responsed quickly to let me know the small left and right would be shipped (at no charge) asap. The customer service of this company is one of the best I have dealt with - very impressed. I look forward to receiving my braces for fall walking.

I ordered 2 PeakFlex braces for my knees. They were too large for my knees and i contacted them about replacements. Customer service was prompt in their response and are providing me a smaller size. Very pleased with their customer service.

I placed my orders and within a matter of days I received my order well packaged and delivered. I had a slight discrepancy with my order. Contacted customer service over the weekend and received a response within a couple of hours. I was given additional information on the replacements. Really appreciate their due diligence in the process.

The knee brace seems to be good quality. The size does run larger than what my measurement indicated I need. Customer service has been very responsive and I'm looking forward to receiving the size I need, as from what I can tell so far the sleeve should be fantastic and just what I need.

Bought the knee sleeves for my Mother in law. Saw these online , got good reviews and hoped that they could help her. She has knee issues that make it hard for her to get around without pain. She is so pleased with the results so far. Compliments how soft, the great quality and how it makes getting around so much easier now. Didn't know what size to get so I ordered 4, 3 were different sizes and 2 of them fit perfectly. I contacted the company and they have generously offered to replace the larger ones with the right size. While using them for a week now our knees are in less pain and we are able to get around and do more. I definitely recommend purchasing this brace. The best one I've found so far after trying so many different ones.

I ordered product on Aug 25 and I received it on September 19. We I received my XL size, I found it was not tight enough to meet my needs. This might be because my weight is on the bottom range for the XL size. I will need a size Large for my left knee.
Whenever I emailed regarding shipping time the response was quick. Tracking is not accurate and hard to follow.

Provides excellent knee support. It’s a comfortable fit. I can go hours without it irritating. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a good, comfortable knee support.
