I told the company that I was not getting any pain relief and wanted to return the knee sleeves.
They told me try a smaller size, and I will try a smaller size.

The most immediate response to my concerns. The first was inability to operate the knob, and then that was corrected. And then failure of the product to fulfill the expectations of support and comfort as I experienced more pain. I concluded it is possible that the sleeve I ordered was larger than I needed. And rather than having the extra large, I needed to have the large.

Had a great experience! I ordered the wrong size and they made the exchange with no problem!

I purchased 2 pair of the leg sleeves in XXL Size.. They were too loose and when I contacted customer service,they said they will replace the sleeves in Xl size.. I want to Thank Bella for resolving this issue I had with the leg sleeves I purchased..Will let you know how the new XL leg sleeves fit when I recieve them..THANK YOU..

After trying several different braces and having no luck with them actually working, I was skeptical about ordering another knee brace. With the great price and positive reviews I decided to give Peak Flex a try, I figured if it doesn't work I'm not out much. I took advantage of the buy 2 get 2 deal and ordered 2 different sizes as I am working on losing weight and wanted to have options. After receiving the braces, I tried the larger 1 on first. It felt good and comfortable but was just a little to big. I then tried on the smaller size i ordered. I was pleasantly suppressed with how comfortable and non restrictive the brace was. It is super easy to tighten and release while being a slim / non bulky design. I immediately felt the support in my knee and after waring it all day while working and going to the gym I had way less knee, back, and hip pain then normal. It has made doing everything easier, from walking to pickle ball, to strength training in the gym. The company is quick to respond with questions and help too. They are super friendly and willing to make sure the customer is happy. I would defiantly recommend this bracer to anyone.

I like the product. It provides the support I need to continue activities like sailing following a ruptured quadracept. Being able to adjust the support is a good feature.
Customer support was great. When I did not recieve what I thought I ordered rather than argue, they agreed to send me what I wanted without charge.

The quality of the product suits what I was looking for and I look forward to using it on a more regular basis during my sporting activities in near future.

The sleeve ordered was too large for my husbands knee, when I wrote them about this they were very quick to respond and solve the problem. Good company.

This knee brace was comfortable and very supportive on the patella.

It provided stability to the areas of my knee that were very sore. Its the best knee brace I have tried.

Made well. I got the large based on weight but my thigh is big hence the top was rolling down. Had to email for instructions to untighten as there was no instructions with item. Received prompt response within a few hrs. Need to include circumference of thigh not just maybe based on weight to fit well. Got 2 pairs. Hubby likes his and feels the support.

I'm very happy with the customer support from the company. My original product was the wrong size and they gave me multiple options and a swift solution. I would not hesitate to do more business with the company knowing how they treat their customers

I did not order the correct size and they will send a new one in the larger size. Have been helpful and do think the brace will be helpful.

This company is awesome, I’ve been in touch with them about a size replacement and they were amazing with getting me what I needed.these knee wraps are so well made and supportive . My knee is arthritic and larger than the other so I needed a larger size and they were right there ready to replace them. This is a great company to work with and customer service is A+++. I accidentally ordered 2 left knee braces instead of 1 for each knee. I contacted Peakflex and they immediately fixed the problem. It’s so great to deal with real people.
