This is a great company with great…

This is a great company with great customer service. They dont ask they just do whatever to satisfy the customer. Kat helped me out today, I requested a refund after I believe the product was already sent out. She still went ahead and gave me a discounted refund. If you email them they respond promptly. The product I have a subscription for is Astaxanthin and its amazing for my overall health and my skin is getting so firm and glowy.

Don’t purchase from this company!

We were scammed into a subscription after making a one time purchase. We have sent numerous emails trying to get the subscription cancelled but we continue to be charged. We tried submitting a claim to our credit card company to stop the automatic payments and they even sent us a new card. But because of the digital footprint, Rovina continues to charge us. Now it seems their online site is closed.

My purchase was for what I thought was…

My purchase was for what I thought was a "One-Off" purchase, NOT an ongoing subscription. I have been billed for a second batch, which I have yet to receive in-spite notifying them not to send further and for them to remove the pending charge, which was ignored.
I have come to the conclusion that this is just a scam to steal, and, if you have to steal to sell a product well "god knows" what is in the actual product, after all it is a "RED" pill, and not to be trusted.
I believe the only way to keep them out of my account is to cancel and renew my credit card details and I would Advice anyone with same problem to do the same.
FURTHER TO THE ABOVE:
I am pleased to say that I have been refunded AU$67 as @ 9/6/26, and hope for no further mis-understandings.

The subscription details are disclosed throughout the ordering process, including before checkout, during checkout, in the confirmation email, and inside the customer account portal.

After reviewing your case, we can confirm that your recent recurring order has already been canceled and refunded, and your subscription has also been fully canceled to ensure there will be no future recurring charges.

We’ve also already reached out to you directly through email to assist further and make sure your concerns are properly addressed.

Miya is worth her weight in gold

Miya is worth her weight in gold. The Customer service I received with her was easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in that arena. To begin with, she answered the first email that I sent immediately. She also knew that I was not happy because I made that very clear. But she stayed pleasant, patient, and after multiple conversations with me, she completely solved my problems and resolved all my issues without me ever feeling that she wasn’t trying her best to make me happy. Thank you Rovina and thank you Miya.

I loved this product

I loved this product, I didn’t realize I signed up for a subscription to receive it, but Angelia was very understanding and helpful in getting this resolved. I didn’t realize Rovina was a dietary supplement until at first, but it definitely is! Curbed my appetite and added other benefits as well.

Pleasant and efficient

Well to begin, there was an issue with my order.. Not caused by Anyone in particular… However, Whats impressive is the way in which I was treated! Listen anyone dealing with any particular company at any time can run into an issue it happens.. but it’s how they deal with it on a customer service level that’s important.. my saving grace was Angelie! I don’t know why her parents added the i.e. on the end of Angel? I would’ve left it short and sweet… my issue was taken care of with knowledge and integrity… a combination that can be difficult to find these days. Well I found it. Thanks for the professional help. I am trying to find out why I am being charged every month and not receiving the product. Paying 50 dollars a month and I did not sign up for a subscription. But I can’t find any information on the company.
Not a happy customer at all. Ordered in May and it took a month to receive it, then I got charged for another one in April and still haven’t received it. What is going on.

To clarify, we do not lock customers into any subscription. All subscriptions are fully under the customer’s control and can be cancelled or managed at any time through our self-service subscription portal on our website. This is in place to ensure flexibility and transparency for every customer.

After reviewing your case, it looks like the order was part of an active subscription created after the initial purchase, which led to the recurring billing. We understand this may not have been clear at the time, and we’re genuinely sorry for any frustration or misunderstanding this has caused.

We also recognize how difficult it is to deal with shipping delays on top of billing concerns, and we regret that this experience did not meet your expectations.
