Very happy with Mickey's performance. He refunded me 50% of my order since I did not want to go thru the hassle of returning the product by mail and taking the chance of it getting lost. He also canceled my subscription for me, which was helpful because the website said I did NOT have a subscription to cancel. Definitely a problem with this company.

MaryJ was incredibly helpful to me. I paid by PayPal and for whatever reason my old address populated. I didn’t notice it until I received my confirmation email. I quickly emailed your company where MaryJ responded advising she was able to correct my address. She’s a gem and I’m so grateful she could save the day!

Subscription problem
I received an email advising me that my order
had been filled, re a subscription that I didn’t realised that I had made. Time 3.51.
I requested cancellation of order & over the next 43 minutes a number of emails flowed
between Desiree & myself.
Desiree was able to fully satisfy me by cancelling order, cancelling subscription & organising refund which I received into my account at 4.31.
Thanks Desiree for your very prompt service.
I am happy with the results, I have never had a
problem resolved so quickly.

I have the same horrible experience! Predatory tactics
I have the same identical experience as another reviewer on here. I also never signed up for a subscription, yet was being billed . I also went to cancel through the website, and it showed that I had no subscription active. This looks like a deceptive company that scams people out of money through frustration and general responses, hoping that the customers just give up. Keep away!
They come on these reviews and offer to make things right but never do. They keep frustrating you with email responses that never go anywhere. I've disputed the transactions with my credit card company and suggest to everyone to go the same route.
